互いの電源電圧が異なる高圧系回路と低圧系回路とを有する混成回路において、
前記低圧系回路にその外部要素を電気的に接続するための低圧系接続用コネクタが実装された低圧系基板と、
前記低圧系基板に重ねて配置されたハイブリッドICとを備え、
前記低圧系回路は、前記高圧系回路の動作を制御する制御ユニットを有しており、
前記制御ユニットと、前記高圧系回路と、該高圧系回路にその外部要素を電気的に接続するための高圧系接続用コネクタとは、前記ハイブリッドICに実装されている、
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 互いの電源電圧が異なる高圧系回路と低圧系回路とを有する混成回路において、
前記低圧系回路にその外部要素を電気的に接続するための低圧系接続用コネクタが実装された低圧系基板と、
前記低圧系基板に重ねて配置されたハイブリッドICとを備え、
前記低圧系回路は、前記高圧系回路の動作を制御する制御ユニットを有しており、
前記制御ユニットと、前記高圧系回路と、該高圧系回路にその外部要素を電気的に接続するための高圧系接続用コネクタとは、前記ハイブリッドICに実装されている、
ことを特徴とする混成回路。 - 前記低圧系基板と前記ハイブリッドICの基板との間隔方向において、前記高圧系接続用コネクタの少なくとも一部を、前記ハイブリッドICの基板の前記低圧系基板に対向する面とは反対の面側に配置していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の混成回路。
- 前記高圧系回路及び前記高圧系接続用コネクタは前記ハイブリッドICの基板の対向する一対の辺のうち一辺側に配置され、前記制御ユニットは他辺側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の混成回路。
