Claims (5)
- セメント焼成装置に付設され、該セメント焼成装置で発生した熱を反射して炉床で廃棄物等を加熱する反射炉である焙焼炉と、
該焙焼炉の排ガスを前記セメント焼成装置の800℃以上の温度領域に戻す返還路とを備えることを特徴とする有価物回収装置。 - 前記焙焼炉の内部は、前記セメント焼成装置の800℃以上の温度領域に面することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有価物回収装置。
- セメント焼成装置に付設され、該セメント焼成装置からの燃焼ガスによって廃棄物等を加熱する定置炉である焙焼炉と、
該焙焼炉の排ガスを前記セメント焼成装置の800℃以上の温度領域に戻す返還路とを備えることを特徴とする有価物回収装置。 - 前記セメント焼成装置からの燃焼ガスの分取場所が500℃以上、1200℃以下の温度領域に存在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有価物回収装置。
- 前記焙焼炉の内部に、大気、O2ガス、N2ガス、水及び水蒸気から選択される一以上を供給し、該焙焼炉の内部の温度及びO2濃度の調節を行う温度・O2濃度調節手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の有価物回収装置。
