Claims (4)
- 入力流体が入力される入力端と、
前記入力流体が入力される単位操作部から出力される出力流体を出力する出力端と、
前記単位操作部と前記入力端及び前記出力端との間に配置され、前記単位操作部に入力される前記入力流体と、前記単位操作部から出力される前記出力流体との間で熱交換を行うことによって、前記入力流体を昇温させる第1熱交換器と、
前記単位操作部と前記第1熱交換器との間に配置され、気体の前記入力流体を圧縮させることによって昇温させる第1圧縮機と、
前記第1熱交換器と前記入力端との間に配置され、気体の前記入力流体を膨張させることによって降温させる膨張機と、
を備える、加熱モジュール。 - 入力流体が入力される入力端と、
前記入力流体が入力される単位操作部から出力される出力流体を出力する出力端と、
前記単位操作部と前記入力端及び前記出力端との間に配置され、前記単位操作部に入力される前記入力流体と、前記単位操作部から出力される前記出力流体との間で熱交換を行うことによって、前記入力流体を昇温させる第1熱交換器と、
前記単位操作部と前記第1熱交換器との間に配置され、気体の前記出力流体を圧縮させることによって昇温させる第1圧縮機と、
前記第1熱交換器と前記出力端との間に配置され、気体の前記出力流体を膨張させることによって降温させる膨張機と、
を備える、加熱モジュール。 - 前記単位操作部と前記第1圧縮機との間に配置され、前記単位操作部に入力される前記入力流体と、前記単位操作部から出力される前記出力流体との間で熱交換を行うことによって、前記入力流体を昇温させる第2熱交換器と、
前記単位操作部と前記第2熱交換器との間に配置され、気体の前記入力流体及び気体の前記出力流体の少なくとも一方を圧縮することによって昇温させる第2圧縮機と、
を更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱モジュール。 - 前記出力端から出力される前記出力流体の温度が、前記入力端に入力される前記入力流体の温度と同じであり、
前記出力端から出力される前記出力流体の圧力が、前記入力端に入力される前記入力流体の圧力と同じである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の加熱モジュール。
