Description
(タッチパネルの構成)
まず、本実施形態にかかるタッチパネルの構成について説明する。図1は本発明にかかるタッチパネルの一実施例を示す斜視図であり、図2は図1に示すタッチパネルの電極積層方向の断面図である。
次に、図面を参照しつつ、本実施形態の上部電極20の電極パターン及び絶縁膜3の勾配付き側面3bを形成する方法について説明する。
また、第1実施形態のタッチパネル1では、絶縁膜3が上部電極20毎に形成されている場合を例としたが、本発明はこれに限定されない。例えば、絶縁膜30が、一連の膜として形成されるようにしても良い(第2実施形態)。
以下、本実施形態にかかるタッチパネル31の構成について説明する。なお、第1実施形態に示すタッチパネル1と同じ構成には同じ参照番号を付してその説明を省略する。以下、第1実施形態のタッチパネル1との相違点についてのみ説明する。図5は本発明にかかるタッチパネルの別の実施例を示す斜視図であり、図6は図5に示すタッチパネルの電極積層方向の断面図である。
次に、図面を参照しつつ、本実施形態の上部電極20の電極パターン、絶縁膜3の勾配付き側面30b及び凹部底面30cを形成する方法について説明する。なお、第1実施形態に示す形成工程と同じ構成には同じ参照番号を付してその説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 基板と、
透明導電材料により幅広な帯状に形成され、前記基板の第1の面上に第1の方向に沿って互いに平行に且つ狭い間隙を介して配置された複数の下部電極と、
透明導電材料により幅狭な帯状に形成され、前記基板の第1の面および前記下部電極上に第1の方向と交差する第2の方向に沿って互いに平行に且つ広い間隙を介して配置された複数の上部電極と、
接着性を有する感光性樹脂により形成され、前記上部電極と前記下部電極との間に前記上部電極を支持するように配置された絶縁膜と、を備え、
前記絶縁膜が、前記上部電極を支持する支持面と長辺を共有する勾配付き側面を備えている、相互静電容量方式タッチパネル。 - 前記絶縁膜の前記上部電極を支持する部分における厚みTが、3〜15μmである、請求項1記載の相互静電容量方式タッチパネル。
- 前記勾配付き側面の中央部における法線と前記支持面の法線とのなす勾配θが、20〜30°である、請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の相互静電容量方式タッチパネル。
- 前記絶縁膜が、前記上部電極毎に形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の相互静電容量方式タッチパネル。
- 前記絶縁膜が、一連の膜として形成され、前記勾配付き側面の下辺どうしを接続する凹部底面を備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の相互静電容量方式タッチパネル。
- 前記勾配付き側面の上辺から下辺までの高低差Dが、1μm以上である、請求項5記載の相互静電容量方式タッチパネル。
