Claims (15)
- 患者の血圧をモニタする方法であって、
脈波速度方法に基づいて、患者からのパルス到達時間信号を決定するステップと、
患者からの加速度計信号を決定するステップと、
患者の姿勢に依存して前記パルス到達時間信号の平均値を決定するステップと、
前記パルス到達時間信号の平均値及び前記加速度計信号の直流成分を考慮して、付加の手段をトリガし又は血圧値を得るステップと、
を含み、前記パルス到達時間信号の平均値を決定するステップは、前記加速度計信号の直流成分に基づいて患者の姿勢の変化が検出される場合、患者の新たな姿勢において所定期間取得されるパルス到達時間信号に基づいて前記平均値を決定するステップである、方法。 - 前記付加の手段をトリガする前に、前記パルス到達時間信号の平均値が、少なくとも1つの予め規定されたパルス到達時間閾値と比較され、前記付加の手段は、前記パルス到達時間信号の平均値が予め規定されたパルス到達時間閾値を上回る又は下回る場合のみトリガされ、前記予め規定されたパルス到達時間閾値は、心拍に依存する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記付加の手段は、前記加速度計信号の直流成分の変化に基づく患者の姿勢変化のチェックを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記付加の手段は、患者の血圧のカフを用いた測定を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記カフを用いた血圧測定の血圧値が、予め規定された血圧閾値を上回る又は下回る場合、アラームがトリガされる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記パルス到達時間信号の平均値及び前記加速度計信号の前記直流成分を考慮して血圧値を得る前記ステップは、パルス到達時間信号対加速度計信号の直流成分の事前較正値に基づいて血圧値を決定するステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記脈波速度方法に基づいて患者からのパルス到達時間信号を得る前記ステップは、患者からECG信号を得るステップと、患者から脈波信号を得るステップと、を含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 患者から脈波信号を前記ステップは、患者から、プレチスモグラフ信号である脈波信号を得るステップを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 患者の血圧をモニタするシステムであって、
脈波速度方法に基づいて、患者からのパルス到達時間信号を決定するように構成される脈波速度ユニットと、
患者からの加速度計信号を決定するように構成される加速度計と、
患者の姿勢に依存してパルス到達時間信号の平均値を決定し、前記パルス到達時間信号の平均値及び加速度計信号の直流成分を考慮して、付加の手段をトリガし又は血圧値を得るように構成されるモニタリング装置であって、前記加速度計信号の直流成分に基づいて患者の姿勢の変化が検出される場合、患者の新たな姿勢において所定期間取得されるパルス到達時間信号に基づいて前記平均値を決定する、モニタリング装置と、
を有するシステム。 - 前記モニタリング装置は、前記パルス到達時間信号の平均値を、予め規定されたパルス到達時間閾値と比較するように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 患者の血圧のカフを用いた測定のためのカフが、提供される、請求項9又は10に記載のシステム。
- 前記モニタリング装置は、カフを用いた血圧測定の血圧値が、予め規定された血圧閾値を上回る場合、又は前記パルス到達時間信号の平均値が、予め規定されたパルス到達時間閾値を下回る又は上回る場合、アラームをトリガするように構成される、請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記モニタリング装置は、パルス到達時間信号対加速度計信号の直流成分に関する事前較正値を記憶するように構成される、請求項9乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記脈波速度ユニットは、ECGセンサ、及び患者からプレチスモグラフ信号を得るように構成される光学センサであるパルスセンサを有する、請求項9乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 一体化された加速度センサを有するECG電極又は/及び一体化された加速度センサを有するECG電極コネクタが提供される、請求項9乃至14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
