Claims (17)
- 上部基板、前記上部基板に合着された下部基板、及び前記上部基板の前面に付着されるフィルム部材を含むディスプレイパネル;
接着部材により前記ディスプレイパネルの後面縁部に結合されるガイドフレーム;
前記ディスプレイパネル及び前記ガイドフレームを格納し、前記ディスプレイパネルの側面をカバーするカバー部材;及び
前記ディスプレイパネルの側面と前記カバー部材との間のバンパー部を含み、
前記フィルム部材が長さ方向に前記上部基板の端より長く延びた突出部を含み、バンパー部が突出部の後面を支え、長さ方向に、突出部の端よりも伸びている、ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記突出部は、横方向にも延び、バンパー部が横方向にも、突出部の端よりも伸びている、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記突出部は、双方の長手方向に延び、バンパー部が双方の長手方向で、突出部の端よりも伸びている、請求項1または2に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記突出部は、横方向の一方に延び、バンパー部が横方向の当該一方で、突出部の端よりも伸びている、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記バンパー部が前記突出部の側面をカバーする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記バンパー部は、前記突出部の上面より高く延びる、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記カバー部材は、前記ディスプレイパネルの側面をカバーする垂直部を含み、前記垂直部の高さは前記ディスプレイパネルの上面と同じである、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記カバー部材と前記フィルム部材との間に、前記ディスプレイパネルより高く形成される支持パッドをさらに含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記支持パッドは、ゴム、ウレタン、またはポリカーボネートで作られている、請求項8に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記フィルム部材の前面に結合されたリターダフィルムをさらに含む、請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- ディスプレイ装置の製造方法であって、前記ディスプレイ装置は
上部基板、前記上部基板に合着された下部基板、及び前記上部基板の前面に付着されるフィルム部材を含むディスプレイパネル;
接着部材により前記ディスプレイパネルの後面縁部に結合されるガイドフレーム;
前記ディスプレイパネル及び前記ガイドフレームを格納し、前記ディスプレイパネルの側面をカバーするカバー部材;及び
前記ディスプレイパネルの側面と前記カバー部材との間の空間を十分に埋めるバンパー部;
を含み、前記製造方法は、
前記上部基板の前面に長さ方向に前記上部基板の端より長く延びる前記フィルム部材を形成する段階;
前記上部基板の側面から延び、前記フィルム部材を支持し、前記フィルム部材の末端より長さ方向に長く延びる前記バンパー部を形成する段階;
接着部材により前記ディスプレイパネルの後面縁部に結合されるガイドフレームを形成する段階;及び
前記上部基板、ガイドフレーム、フィルム部材、及びバンパー部を格納するカバー部材を形成する段階を含む、製造方法。 - 前記フィルム部材は、前記上部基板の端より横方向にも延び、バンパー部が横方向にも、フィルム部材の端よりも伸びている、請求項11に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記フィルム部材は、双方の長手方向に延び、バンパー部が双方の長手方向で、フィルム部材の端よりも伸びている、請求項11または12に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記フィルム部材は、横方向の一方に延び、バンパー部が横方向の当該一方で、フィルム部材の端よりも伸びている、請求項11ないし13のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記フィルム部材を形成する段階は、
前記上部基板の前面に前記フィルム部材を形成した後、前記フィルム部材が長さ方向に前記上部基板の端より長く延びる突出部を有するように、前記フィルム部材を切断する段階をさらに含む、請求項11ないし14のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記フィルム部材を形成する段階は、
前記上部基板の前面に前記フィルム部材を形成する前に、前記フィルム部材が長さ方向に前記上部基板の端より長く延びる突出部を有するように、前記フィルム部材を切断する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11ないし14のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記フィルム部材は、レーザーを用いて切断される、請求項11ないし16のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
