Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。本実施形態に係る鉗子10の概略図を図1に示す。この図に示されるように、鉗子10は、先端部110と、シャフト160と、操作部170とを備える。以降説明のため、先端部110側を先端側、操作部170側を基端側と称することにする。
本発明の第2の実施形態について説明する。ここでは、第1の実施形態との相違点について説明し、同一の部分については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。本実施形態に係る処置装置20の概略図を図9に示す。この図に示されるように、処置装置20は、処置部210と、シャフト260と、操作部270と、電源ユニット290とを備える。以降説明のため、処置部210側を先端側、操作部270側を基端側と称することにする。処置装置20は、処置部210で処置対象である例えば血管といった生体組織を把持し、把持した生体組織に高周波電圧を印加して、この生体組織を封止したり凝固させたりする。また、処置装置20は、超音波振動を用いて、処置部210で把持した生体組織を封止等しながら切断する。
本発明の第3の実施形態について説明する。ここでは、第2の実施形態との相違点について説明し、同一の部分については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。第2の実施形態では、操作部270に超音波振動子234が設けられ、超音波は、シャフト260内に挿通されたプローブ215によって処置部210のプローブ処置部220に伝達される。これに対して本実施形態では、シャフト260の先端に超音波振動子が設けられている。
Claims (9)
- 細長形状をした第1の把持部材と、
把持対象である生体組織と接する把持部を含み、前記第1の把持部材との間に前記生体組織を把持するように前記第1の把持部材に対して変位する第2の把持部材であって、前記把持部における前記第1の把持部材と接続している側の端を基端とし、前記把持部における自由端側の端を先端とし、前記把持部の長手軸と垂直な断面における、前記第1の把持部材の重心と当該第2の把持部材の重心とを通る直線と垂直な軸を基準として計算した断面2次モーメントをI、断面係数をZ、断面積をAとしたときに、前記把持部のI/A2は前記基端が最も大きい、及び/又は、前記把持部のZ/A3/2は前記基端が最も大きい第2の把持部材と、
を具備し、
前記第1の把持部材と前記第2の把持部材とが前記生体組織を把持しているとき、前記第2の把持部材は超音波振動するように構成されており、
前記把持部の前記基端を含む第1の領域に残留応力が付与されている、
処置具。 - 前記把持部のI/A2は、前記先端から前記基端に向けて徐々に大きくなる、及び/又は、
前記把持部のZ/A3/2は、前記先端から前記基端に向けて徐々に大きくなる、
請求項1に記載の処置具。 - 前記第1の把持部材及び/又は前記第2の把持部材は、前記生体組織に高周波電圧を印加するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記把持部の前記断面における断面積は、前記先端よりも前記基端で大きい、請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記把持部の前記基端を含む第1の領域を形成する材料の密度は、前記把持部のうち前記第1の領域以外の第2の領域を形成する材料の密度よりも高い、請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記第1の領域はステンレス鋼で形成されており、前記第2の領域はチタン合金で形成されている、請求項5に記載の処置具。
- 前記第1の把持部材と前記第2の把持部材とが前記生体組織を把持しているとき、前記第2の把持部材は超音波振動するように構成されており、
前記把持部の前記断面の断面形状は、
前記基端を含む第1の領域において前記第1の把持部材と対向する面にエッジが設けられている形状であり、
前記先端を含む第2の領域において八角形である、
請求項1に記載の処置具。 - 前記第1の把持部材と前記第2の把持部材とが前記生体組織を把持しているとき、前記第2の把持部材は超音波振動するように構成されており、
前記把持部の前記第1の把持部材と対向する面を把持面とし、前記把持部の中心軸に対して前記把持面と反対側の面を裏面としたときに、
前記把持部の前記断面における断面形状がU字型形状となるように、前記把持部は前記裏面に溝を有する形状をしており、
前記溝の幅は一定であり、
前記溝の底部は、前記把持部の前記長手軸の方向に伸びる中心軸と平行である、又は前記把持部の先端側よりも前記把持部の基端側の方が前記把持面側に傾いており、
前記把持部は、前記把持面から前記裏面までの高さが基端側よりも先端側の方が低い、
請求項1に記載の処置具。 - 前記第2の把持部材は、超音波振動するように構成されており、前記断面における断面形状は、U字形状である、
