According to the above-described conventional technique, the seam portion (outer peripheral edge of the flange portion) between the tank body and the drainage body is generated on the bottom surface of the tank body, and the following problems occur.
1. Since the joint portion opens upward, dust tends to accumulate in the joint portion. In addition, it is difficult to take out the dust that has entered this portion because the tank body cannot be turned upside down or the drainage body and the tank body can be easily separated.
2. In many cases, the material of the flange portion and the side surface of the tank is different, and the color tone and texture are different, resulting in poor design. Moreover, since the joint portion is generated as described above, the design property is further deteriorated.
3. Due to the nature of using the plate nut member, the shape of the drainage port is limited to a circular shape in plan view, and other shapes such as a rectangular shape cannot be used, and the product design layout is limited.
4). On the side surface of the drainage device main body, for example, a connection portion for connecting overflow drainage to be connected to the overflow pipe is provided. However, since it is necessary to allow the plate nut member to pass through the side surface of the drainage body during the connection work, there is a possibility that the connecting portion protruding from the side surface interferes with the plate nut member during construction. For this reason, the degree of freedom in design may be limited, for example, the drainage body may be recessed only in the connection portion.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning structure and hygiene such as a color tone, texture, and level difference inside the tank body in the connection structure between the tank body and the drainage device. The structure that causes deterioration of design and design properties is eliminated, dirt and sewage, etc. are difficult to collect, and as a result, cleanability and design can be improved. Provide structure.

Below, the 1st example of the present invention is described, referring to drawings.
The first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 relates to a mounting structure between a sink S1 which is a tank body provided on a sink and a drain, and is a tank body described below. The sink S1, the drainage body 5, the cap nut member 3, the locking member 8, the annular packing 12, and the drain trap pipe 13 are configured.
The sink S1 is a member made of a resin material called artificial marble having a thickness of about 6 to 10 millimeters. The sink S1 is a box having an opening at the top, and has a circular shape in plan view for discharging drainage to the bottom. It is equipped with. Further, a cylindrical connecting tube portion 2 is provided to hang downward from the periphery of the drain port 1, and further, continuously on the outer surface of the connecting tube portion 2 along the circumference in the horizontal direction. Thus, a groove portion 7 having a quadrangular cross section is provided.
The drainage body 5 is a bottomed cylindrical member having an upper opening, and the inner diameter of the inner side surface of the upper opening portion is configured to be slightly larger than the diameter of the inner side surface of the connecting tube portion 2. Further, the upper surface of the upper peripheral edge of the opening is formed to be flat, and the side surface is provided with a male screw portion 6 that is screwed with a female screw portion 4 of a cap nut member 3 to be described later. Further, a discharge port 14 for discharging the wastewater in the drainage device body 5 is provided at a position below the side surface of the drainage device body 5 and in contact with the bottom surface. As will be described later, the discharge port 14 is a portion connected to the drain trap pipe 13 and is a connection portion with the drain trap pipe 13.
The cap nut member 3 is a substantially annular member having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and has an internal thread portion 4 that is threadedly engaged with the external thread portion 6 of the drainage device main body 5 on the inner surface thereof. A locking wall 15 protruding toward the inner diameter direction is provided at one end of the. Note that the diameter of the circular inner surface formed by the locking wall 15 is slightly larger than the diameter of the outer surface of the connecting tube portion 2.
The locking member 8 is a member having a shape obtained by equally dividing a flat ring-shaped member, and is used by combining two pieces into a ring shape at the time of construction.
The diameter of the inner surface formed by the locking member 8 when combined into a ring shape is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the groove portion 7 provided on the outer surface of the connection tube portion 2 and slightly larger than the diameter of the outer surface of the connection tube portion 2. small.
The diameter of the outer surface of the locking member 8 formed by the locking member 8 when combined into a ring shape is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the female screw portion 4 of the cap nut member 3 and the locking wall 15 is formed. It is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the side surface of the circle.
The annular packing 12 is a ring-shaped member having a quadrangular cross section, and is made of a material having elasticity such as rubber.
The drain trap pipe 13 is a member obtained by bending a cylindrical pipe body into an S-shape in the middle, and the upper end is an outlet 14 of the drainage body 5 and the lower end is an underfloor pipe provided under the indoor floor. Are connected to each other. In addition, the drainage pipe is provided with a trap function that prevents odors and pests from flowing back to the indoor side by collecting drainage in the S-shaped bent portion of the tube.

The sink S1 and drainage which are the tank bodies comprised as mentioned above are constructed as follows.
First, the cap nut member 3 is inserted into the connecting tube portion 2 with the locking wall 15 side as the upper side.
Next, the two locking members 8 are attached to the groove portion 7 of the connecting cylinder portion 2 so that the groove portion 7 is sandwiched between the locking members 8, and the cap nut member 3 is further lowered to attach the locking member 8 to the cap nut. The member 3 is housed and arranged.
Further, the lower surface of the connecting tube portion 2 and the upper surface of the drainage device main body 5 are brought into contact with each other via the annular packing 12 and are connected in a watertight manner, and then the female screw portion 4 of the cap nut member 3 is connected to the drainage device body 5. The drainage body 14 is connected to the outlet 14 of the drainage device 5 and the underfloor piping via the drainage trappipe 13, and the drainage is installed in the sink S1 of the sink that is the tank body. Is completed.

When drainage is generated inside the sink S1, which is a tank body configured as described above, by using a sink, the drainage passes through the drainage body 5 from the drainage port 1, passes through the discharge port 14, and the drain trap pipe 13. Finally, it is discharged from the underfloor piping to the sewage side.
In addition, drainage collects in the S-shaped bent portion of the drain trap pipe 13 due to drainage (this pooled water is referred to as “sealed water”), and the middle part of the pipe is always full due to this seal water. Therefore, sewage-side odors and pests will not flow back indoors.
Further, the annular packing 12 is in a state in which the upper surface is in contact with the upper surface of the connecting cylinder portion 2 and the lower surface is pressed against the upper surface of the drainage body 5 from above and below, and is a part of the sink S1. Watertightness is produced between the tube part 2 and the drainage body 5. The pressure stress generated between the connecting tube portion 2 and the drainage device main body 5 is caused by the screwing of the male screw portion 6 and the female screw portion 4 arranged along the annular packing 12, and for this reason. By acting strongly and evenly on the annular packing 12, the water tightness of the annular packing 12 is exhibited well.
Of course, the joint between the drainage body 5 and the tank body does not occur on the bottom surface of the sink S1, which is a tank body, and the drain port 1 is only opened. For this reason, the problem that dust enters the seam portion and cleaning becomes difficult as in the conventional example is eliminated, and the design is also good.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 5 to 9 relates to a mounting structure between a sink S1 which is a tank body provided on a sink and a drain, and is the tank body described below. The sink S 1, the drainage body 5, the cap nut member 3, the annular packing 12, and the drain trap pipe 13 are configured.
The sink S1 is a member made of a resin material called artificial marble having a thickness of about 6 to 10 millimeters. The sink S1 is made of a box having an upper opening, and has a drain port 1 for discharging drainage on the bottom surface. The drain port 1 is configured to have a substantially rectangular shape that is a non-circular shape in plan view.
In addition, a cylindrical connecting tube portion 2 is provided to hang downward from the periphery of the drain port 1 (the term “perimeter here” means “close to the drain port 1”, “ It does not necessarily mean that it is provided along the periphery of the drain port 1). Moreover, the groove part 7 which comprises a cross-sectional square shape is provided in the outer surface of this connection cylinder part 2 along the periphery in the horizontal direction.
In addition, a cylindrical drainage guide part 11 is provided to hang downward along the periphery of the opening of the drainage port 1. Further, on the outer surface of the drainage guide part 11, in the horizontal direction, on the periphery. An annular groove portion 16 to which an annular packing 12 to be described later is attached is provided continuously. Note that the lower end of the annular groove 16 is formed at a position lower than the lower side of the connection cylinder part 2 (Of course, the lower end of the drainage guide part 11 is also formed at a position lower than the lower side of the connection cylinder part 2. )
The drainage body 5 is a bottomed cylindrical member that is open at the top, and in order from the top, the male screw base part 17 having a male screw part 6 on the outer surface and having a circular shape in plan view, and the bottom surface of the male screw base part 17 From the lower wall 18 provided toward the inner diameter direction, the lower end of the drainage guide part 11 is inserted, the shape of the inner surface matches the shape of the outer side of the lower end of the drainage guide part 11, a cylinder The main body part 20 is provided.
The cap nut member 3 is a member obtained by equally dividing a substantially annular member having a substantially L-shaped cross section by a surface passing through the center (that is, provided with two cut portions 9). At the time of construction, the two bodies are used in a ring shape.
In the combined state, the inner side surface is provided with a female screw portion 4 that is screwed with the male screw portion 6 of the drainage device main body 5, and protrudes toward the inner diameter direction at one end portion in the axial direction. A stop wall 15 is provided. When the ring shape is combined, the inner diameter formed by the locking wall 15 is slightly larger than the diameter of the inner surface of the groove portion 7 provided on the outer surface of the connection tube portion 2 and the diameter of the outer surface of the connection tube portion 2. Slightly smaller.
The fixing member 10 is a cylindrical member, and is fitted and fixed with the inner side surface of the fixing member 10 in contact with the outer side surface of the cap nut member 3 at the time of construction.
Although not particularly illustrated, the outer surface of the cap nut member 3 and the inner surface of the fixing member 10 are respectively provided with concavities and convexities to be fitted, and the fixing member 10 and the cap nut are engaged when screwing. This prevents slipping between the member 3 and the problem that the rotation is not transmitted to the cap nut member 3 even when the fixing member 10 is rotated.
The annular packing 12 is a ring-shaped member having a circular cross section and is made of an elastic material such as rubber. The inner side surface of the annular packing 12 is slightly larger than the inner side surface of the annular groove 16 in the absence of stress. The diameter of the outer surface is a little larger than the diameter of the inner surface of the guide receiving portion 19 of the drainage body 5.

First, the cap nut member 3 separated into two bodies is brought into contact with the cross section in a state in which the locking wall 15 is fitted in the groove portion 7 of the connecting cylinder portion 2 with the locking wall 15 side as the upper side. From this state, the fixing member 10 is inserted from below, the inner surface of the fixing member 10 is fitted to the outer surface of the cap nut member 3, and the cap nut member 3 is rotatably locked and fixed to the connecting cylinder portion 2.
Next, after the annular packing 12 is fitted in the annular groove portion 16 on the side surface of the drainage guide portion 11, the drainage device body 5 is inserted so that the drainage guide portion 11 is inserted into the guide receiving portion 19 of the drainage device body 5. To raise.
From this state, the female screw portion 4 of the cap nut member 3 is screwed into the male screw portion 6 of the drainage device main body 5, and the discharge port 14 and the underfloor piping of the drainage device main body 5 are connected via the drain trap pipe 13. To complete the drainage construction to the sink S1 of the sink that is the tank body.

Further, the annular packing 12 of the annular groove portion 16 is in a state in which the outer surface is in contact with the inner surface of the guide receiving portion 19 of the drainage body 5 and the inner surface is in contact with the annular groove portion 16. The drain port 1, the drain guide part 11, and the guide receiving part 19 have a rectangular shape that is a non-circular shape in plan view, and are distances from the screwed portions of the male screw part 6 and the female screw part 4 that are attached. Are not uniform, but are spaced apart and close to each other, and can be said to be easily bent in the vertical direction, but the connection via the annular packing 12 is connected to the guide receiving part 19 of the drainage body 5 and the connecting cylinder part. The contact stress required to ensure water tightness is only the distance between the outer surface of the annular groove portion 16 and the inner surface of the guide receiving portion 19. Therefore, even if the drainage device main body 5 slightly moves up and down with respect to the sink S1, there is no hindrance to water tightness and water leakage does not occur.
Further, in the above connection structure, the screw connection by screwing the male screw portion 6 and the female screw portion 4 is adopted, and the shape of the drain port 1 is a rectangular shape in plan view which is a shape other than a circular shape in plan view. I was able to. As described above, the shape of the drain port 1 can be freely changed while adopting a screw connection, and the degree of freedom in design can be relatively increased.

The wash bowl S2 and the drainage, which are tank bodies configured as described above, are constructed as follows.
First, the operation part 25 is attached to the operation part 25 attachment part. Further, the release wire 26 is passed through the release wire connecting portion 22 b of the drainage device main body 5, the operation unit is connected to the end portion on the drainage device main body 5 side, and the drive unit 24 is housed and fixed inside the drainage device body 5. Thereafter, the release wire connecting portion 22b is watertightly closed in a state where the release wire 26 is inserted.
In addition, after the annular packing 12 is fitted in the annular groove 16 of the connecting tube portion 2, the cap nut member 3 is inserted into the connecting tube portion 2 with the locking wall 15 side facing upward, and further stored in the cap nut member 3. Then, the locking member 8 is inserted through the connecting cylinder portion 2. At this time, the locking member 8 is disposed on the lower side on the side where the outer diameter becomes larger.
The cross-sectional portion is brought into contact with the groove portion 7 in a state of being fitted. From this state, the fixing member 10 is inserted from below, the inner surface of the fixing member 10 is fitted to the outer surface of the cap nut member 3, and the cap nut member 3 is rotatably locked and fixed to the connecting cylinder portion 2.
Next, the drainage device body 5 is raised so that the drainage guide portion 11 is inserted into the inner side surface of the male screw base portion 17 of the drainage device body 5.
From this state, when the female screw portion 4 of the cap nut member 3 is screwed into the male screw portion 6 of the drainage body 5, the inner surface of the locking member 8 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the connecting tube portion 2 and the locking member 8. The outer surface of the cap nut member 3 is in contact with the inclined surface of the cap nut member 3 and the lower end of the locking member 8 is in contact with the upper edge of the male screw base 17 of the drainage body 5. The notch portion is reduced in diameter, and the inner side surface of the locking member 8 acts so as to bite into the outer side surface of the connecting tube portion 2, so that the locking member 8 is fixed to the connecting tube portion 2. At the same time, by holding the locking member 8 between the locking wall 15 of the cap nut member 3 and the upper edge of the drainage body 5, the drainage body 5 is locked and fixed to the wash bowl S <b> 2 that is a tank body. Is done.
Furthermore, the discharge port 14 of the drainage device body 5 and the underfloor piping are connected through the drain trap piping 13, and the overflow piping 21 from the overflow port 21a is connected to the connection portion, and the end of the release wire 26 is operated. It connects to the part 25, the valve member 23 is arrange | positioned to the drain outlet 1, and construction of the drainage to the wash bowl S2 of the washstand which is a tank body is completed.

When drainage is generated in the wash bowl S2, which is a tank body configured as described above, by using a washstand, the drainage passes through the drainage body 5 from the drain port 1, and the drain port 14 and drain trap pipe 13 are connected. It passes through and is finally discharged from the underfloor piping to the sewage side.
In addition, drainage collects in the S-shaped bent portion of the drain trap pipe 13 due to drainage (this pooled water is referred to as “sealed water”), and the middle part of the pipe is always full due to this seal water. Therefore, sewage-side odors and pests will not flow back indoors.
In this embodiment, a remote-operated drain plug device is employed. In the wash bowl S2, in the state shown in FIG. 11, the valve member 23 is lowered and the drain port 1 is closed by the valve body 23a. When an operation is applied to the operation unit 25 from this state, the operation of the operation unit 25 is transmitted to the drive unit 24 via the release wire 26, the shaft of the drive unit 24 moves up, and the valve shaft of the valve member 23 is pushed up. Fixed in a fixed state. For this reason, the valve member 23 as a whole rises, and the drain port 1 is opened as shown in FIG. When the operation unit 25 is operated again from this state, the drive unit 24 is released from being pushed up and fixed to the valve shaft, the valve member 23 is lowered, and the valve body 23a closes the drain port 1 again. Thereafter, by repeating this operation, the drain port 1 can be opened and closed remotely.
In addition, when drainage is performed in the wash bowl S2 with the drain port 1 closed as shown in FIG. 11, the drainage is accumulated in the wash bowl S2, but the drainage is performed when the water surface reaches the lower end of the overflow port 21a. The water flows into the drainage device body 5 from the overflow port 21a through the overflow pipe 21 and is finally discharged to the sewage side through the drain trap pipe 13. For this reason, even if drainage is performed in the wash bowl S2 in a state where the drain port 1 is closed and drainage is accumulated in the sink S1, the drainage does not overflow from the upper edge of the wash bowl S2.
Further, the annular packing 12 of the annular groove portion 16 is in a state in which the outer surface is in contact with the inner surface of the male screw base portion 17 of the drainage body 5 and the inner surface is in contact with the annular groove portion 16. The connection via the annular packing 12 is made in the lateral direction of the guide receiving part 19 of the drainage body 5 and the annular groove part 16 of the connecting cylinder part 2, and a contact stress necessary for ensuring water tightness. Is determined only by the distance between the outer surface of the annular groove portion 16 and the inner surface of the male screw base portion 17, even if the drainage device body 5 moves up and down slightly with respect to the wash bowl S2. There is no hindrance to water tightness and water leakage does not occur.
Of course, the joint between the drainage body 5 and the tank body does not occur on the bottom surface of the sink S1, which is a tank body, and the drain port 1 is only opened. For this reason, the problem that dust enters the seam portion and cleaning becomes difficult as in the conventional example is eliminated, and the design property can be improved.
