(m=2のアリールアセチレン含有樹脂の合成)
窒素雰囲気下、両末端がヒドロキシ基のポリプロピレングリコール(一般式(2),R5=ポリプロピレングリコール,分子量400)401mgと、1,4−ビス{(4−ヒドロキシメチルフェニル)エチニル}ベンゼン(一般式(1),R1=R2=R3=R4=水素原子,m=2)339mgを5mLのDMFに溶かした溶液に、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(一般式(3),R6=ジフェニルメタン−4,4’−ジイル)501mgを加えて油浴下で100℃で24時間撹拌した。その後、反応溶液を水に注ぐことにより析出した粉末をろ過し、減圧乾燥することにより、樹脂1(一般式(4)、R5=ポリプロピレングリコール,R6=ジフェニルメタン−4,4’−ジイル,R1=R2=R3=R4=水素原子,m=2,p=0.5)を1.01gの白い粉末として得た。樹脂1はDMFに高い溶解性を示し、クロロホルムには部分可溶であった。
樹脂1をDMFに溶かして金属板にキャストした。自然乾燥させて成膜した後、続いて、金属板を曲げて、膜に引張りひずみを与えながらラマンスペクトルを測定することにより、ひずみセンサとしての特性を調べた。
(m=1のアリールアセチレンアセチレン含有樹脂の合成)
窒素雰囲気下、両末端がヒドロキシ基のポリカプロラクトン(一般式(2),R5=ポリカプロラクトン,分子量:1250)を313mgと、125mgの4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(一般式(3),R6=ジフェニルメタン−4,4’−ジイル)、60mgのビス(4−ヒドロキシメチルフェニル)アセチレン(一般式(1),R1=R2=R3=R4=水素原子,m=1)を5mLのDMFに溶かして100℃で72時間撹拌した。その後、反応溶液をメタノールに注ぐことにより析出した粉末をろ過し、減圧乾燥することにより、アセチレンを含有する樹脂2(一般式(4),R5=ポリカプロラクトン,R6=ジフェニルメタン−4,4’−ジイル,R1=R2=R3=R4=水素原子,m=1,p=0.5)を138mgの白色の粉末として得た。樹脂2はDMFに高い溶解性を示し、クロロホルムには部分可溶であった。
樹脂2をDMFに溶かして基質にキャストし成膜した後、実施例1の場合と同様の方法でひずみセンサとしての特性を調べた。
Claims (10)
- 前記一般式(1)および一般式(4)において、m=1またはm=2であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載のオリゴアリールアセチレン含有樹脂。
- 前記一般式(2)および一般式(4)において、R5はポリオキシアルキレン鎖又はポリエステル鎖であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載のオリゴアリールアセチレン含有樹脂。
- 前記一般式(3)および一般式(4)において、R6=4,4’−ジフェニルメチル基であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載のオリゴアリールアセチレン含有樹脂。
- 前記一般式(1)に示すオリゴアリールアセチレンジオール、一般式(2)に示す両末端がヒドロキシ基の樹脂化合物、及び一般式(3)に示すジイソシアネート化合物を共重合させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載の樹脂の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に示したアリールアセチレン含有樹脂からなり、被測定物の表面に貼着されることを特徴とするひずみセンサ。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に示したアリールアセチレン含有樹脂を溶媒に溶解させてなることを特徴とするひずみセンサ作製用溶液。
- 請求項7のひずみセンサを被測定物に貼着させる第1工程と、該被測定物に応力を付与しつつ、該被測定物に貼着されたひずみセンサの所定位置におけるラマンスペクトルを測定する第2工程と、を有することを特徴とする微小部分のひずみ測定方法。
- 前記第1工程は請求項8に記載のひずみセンサ作製用溶液を被測定物表面に塗布し乾燥させることにより行うことを特徴とする請求項9記載の微小部分のひずみ測定方法。
