Description

The present invention relates to a fetal condition detection abdominal band and a fetal condition detection method using the same. More specifically, it comprises a plurality of electrodes, a sheet-like electrode support that supports the electrodes, and an interface for measuring the potential at the electrodes and sending it to the judge's device, the electrodes being brought into close contact with the abdomen of the pregnant woman The present invention relates to a fetal state detection abdominal band for detecting a fetal state and a fetal state detection method using the same.

Although the perinatal medical care provision system is gradually being developed, there are still areas where it takes several hours to visit a hospital because of a remote area. Preterm labor during pregnancy can be objectively grasped and prevented by continuously monitoring uterine contractions and fetal heartbeats using a fetal state detection abdominal band.

By the way, although it differs from the said structure, the thing of patent document 1 is known as a fetus state detection abdominal band, for example. According to this document, in addition to the pulse and blood pressure sensors, the heart sound of the fetus is monitored with a microphone, and no electrodes are used. Further, although the purpose and application are completely different, in Patent Document 2, a contact belt that supports an electrode is attached to a headband made of an elastic body. Then, this is worn on the forehead and the electrodes are brought into contact with each other to measure the electroencephalogram.

In order to measure the fetal condition, particularly the fetal heartbeat, it is desirable that a plurality of electrodes be two-dimensionally deployed and closely adhered to the pregnant woman's abdomen, and that this attachment can be performed alone while the pregnant woman is relaxed. This is because the fetal electrocardiogram can be measured separately from the pregnant electrocardiogram when the pregnant woman relaxes and settles in a time zone that is not affected by disturbance at home and is not bothered by the family.

However, even if the structure described in Patent Document 2 is applied to the use of Patent Document 1, it is extremely difficult for a pregnant woman to bring a plurality of electrodes into close contact with each other at a desired position where the abdomen is two-dimensionally developed. Further, in order to bring a plurality of electrodes into close contact with the position of the abdomen developed two-dimensionally, since the abdomen is three-dimensional, it is originally desirable to pull the electrode support that supports the plurality of electrodes from the four sides of the abdomen. . However, if this configuration is adopted, the end of the headband such as the above-mentioned head must be laid along the upper and lower curves of the abdomen. It must be practically impossible to measure.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-70704

In view of such conventional circumstances, the present invention is such that, regardless of the body shape and the month of pregnancy, a pregnant woman can attach a plurality of electrodes to a desired position of the abdomen that is two-dimensionally deployed, It is an object of the present invention to provide a fetal state detection abdominal band which can be determined by a remote determination person and a fetal state detection method using the same.

In order to achieve the above object, the fetal state detection abdominal band according to the present invention is characterized by a plurality of electrodes, a sheet-like electrode support that supports the electrodes, and the potentials at the electrodes that are measured and sent to the examiner's device. An interface for detecting the fetal condition by bringing the electrode into close contact with the abdomen of the pregnant woman, and a plurality of the electrodes arranged vertically and horizontally on the electrode support, And an elastic member for attaching the electrode support to the frame, and an attachment for attaching the frame to the abdomen of the pregnant woman across the back side of the pregnant woman from one end side to the other end side of the frame. The frame includes a pair of support portions extending substantially in the vertical direction of the pregnant woman, and an arch portion that connects the pair of support portions while being separated from the abdomen of the pregnant woman in an arch shape. The support is deformable so as to follow the abdomen of the pregnant woman and is supported between the pair of support parts by the elastic member on the left and right sides thereof, and the electrode is supported by the fixture and is in contact with the back side of the pregnant woman An electrode is further provided, and the electrode includes a weakly adhesive contact member.

According to this configuration, a plurality of the electrodes are arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions on the electrode support, and are attached to the frame via the elastic member. It can be worn while aligning body parts. For example, the electrodes can be arranged at desired positions by aligning the navel of a pregnant woman with a specific electrode in the vertical and horizontal directions or by aligning the frame with the pelvis. In addition, each electrode includes a weakly adhesive contact member, and the electrode support body can be deformed along the abdomen of the pregnant woman and is supported between the pair of support parts by the elastic member on the left and right sides thereof. Due to the deformation of the electrode support and the elastic deformation of the elastic member, the plurality of electrodes can be developed two-dimensionally on the abdomen of the pregnant woman and brought into close contact with the three-dimensional shape of the abdomen. In addition, the position of the electrode is difficult to shift due to the weakly adhesive contact member even during the work of mounting the attachment from one end side to the other end side of the frame through the pregnant woman's back side, and the pregnant woman wears it alone It is possible. Since this wearing operation is lightly burdened, the pregnant woman is burdened after wearing, and the risk of the pregnant woman's heartbeat rising and the fetal heartbeat being drowned out is extremely small. Moreover, the reference electrode is brought into contact with the back by this fixture, and the heart of the fetus is positioned between the reference electrode and a plurality of electrodes in front, so that heart sound can be monitored very easily. And since the arch part of a frame spaces apart between the support parts which support an electrode support body in the shape of an arch from the abdomen of a pregnant woman, it becomes possible to apply this abdominal band irrespective of a pregnant woman's body shape and the pregnancy month. .

In the above configuration, it is desirable that the elastic member has higher tension at the upper and lower ends than at the intermediate portion in the vertical direction. The middle part of the pregnant woman protrudes three-dimensionally. Compared to this, the upper and lower ends are recessed. By pulling the upper and lower ends with stronger tension, the electrodes that expand vertically and horizontally are averaged. This is because it is possible to closely contact the abdomen. More specifically, a plurality of the elastic members are provided side by side in the vertical direction, and the installation width of the plurality of electrodes attached to the electrode support is narrower at the upper and lower ends than the intermediate portion in the vertical direction. The upper and lower ends are attached to the electrode support at positions closer to the center. This is because the upper and lower electrodes can be brought into close contact with the abdomen by applying tension with the elastic body at a position closer to the electrodes.

The electrode support includes a cloth or a film (hereinafter referred to as “dough or the like”). This electrode support may be provided with the dough and the like in a double, and an elastic material may be interposed between the double dough and the like. With this configuration, the electrode can be further brought into close contact with the abdomen by the elastic force of an elastic material such as a sponge between the cloths.

The fixture includes a band projecting from one end side of the frame and a fixture for fixing the free end side of the band to the other end side of the frame. The fixing device includes a latch member that is fixed to the other end side of the frame, and a joining member that joins the free end side of the band hung on the latch member to the band to form a loop.

The frame is formed such that a rectangular rigid body is curved and the surface is covered with a cloth or a film to form a bent surface body as a whole, and a rectangular short side portion is configured as the support portion. Thereby, a frame can be comprised lightweight and the mounting operation | work by a pregnant woman is further reduced.

Further, the relative position of the reference electrode with respect to the band can be changed. This makes it possible to appropriately set the positional relationship between the reference electrode and the front electrode regardless of the pregnant woman's body shape and month of pregnancy.

On the other hand, the fetal state detection method using the fetal state detection abdominal band described in each of the above configurations is characterized by a plurality of electrodes, a sheet-like electrode support that supports the electrodes, and potentials at the electrodes. And an interface for sending to the device, using a fetal state detection abdominal band for detecting the fetal state by bringing the electrode into close contact with the abdomen of the pregnant woman, the electrode on the electrode support The abdominal band includes a frame, an elastic member for attaching the electrode support to the frame, and a pregnant woman's back side from one end side to the other end side of the frame. And a mounting tool for attaching the frame to the pregnant woman's abdomen, and the frame includes a pair of support portions along a substantially vertical direction of the pregnant woman and a gap between the pair of support portions from the pregnant woman's abdomen. A The electrode support body is deformable along the abdomen of the pregnant woman and is supported between the pair of support parts by the elastic member on the left and right sides thereof, and the electrode Is further provided with a reference electrode supported by the fixture and in contact with the back side of the pregnant woman, the electrode is provided with a weakly adhesive contact member, the abdomen is attached to the abdomen of the pregnant woman, and the front electrode is attached It is in close contact with the abdomen of the pregnant woman, close contact of the reference electrode with the back of the pregnant woman, and the determination person monitoring the measured potential.

According to the above-described feature of the present invention, a pregnant woman can bring a plurality of electrodes into close contact with a desired position of the abdomen that is two-dimensionally deployed independently of the body shape and month of pregnancy, and the fetus including the fetal heartbeat. It is possible to provide a fetal state detection abdominal band which can be determined by a remote determiner and a fetal state detection method using the same.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings as appropriate.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a fetal state detection abdominal band (hereinafter referred to as “abdominal band”) 1 according to the present invention is roughly an electrode composed of a frame 10, a plurality of front electrodes 21, and a reference electrode 22. 20, a sheet-like electrode support 30 that supports the plurality of front electrodes 21, an elastic member 40 that attaches the electrode support 30 to the frame 10, and a fixture 50 that attaches the frame 10 to the pregnant woman H. The reference electrode 22 is disposed on the back B portion of the pregnant woman H so as to face the plurality of front electrodes 21 by the fixture 50, and is attached so as to be in close contact with the back B surface. In this embodiment, each potential difference between the plurality of front electrodes 21 and the reference electrode 22 is measured as a plurality of electrical signals. These electrical signals include maternal electrocardiogram, fetal electrocardiogram, myoelectricity generated from the maternal body, and the like.

The abdominal band 1 is used, for example, in a fetal state detection system 100 that detects fetal abnormalities and the like at an early stage by transmitting fetal heartbeat data measured by a pregnant woman H at home to a determiner's device. For example, in the fetal state detection system 100 shown in FIG. 9, as shown in FIG. 4, the abdominal band 1 is attached to the abdomen S of the pregnant woman H, the plurality of front electrodes 21 are brought into close contact with the abdomen S, and the reference electrode 22 is attached to the pregnant woman H The potential difference between the reference electrode 22 and each front electrode 21 is measured as an electrical signal. The electrical signals measured by the data collector 72 are collected as digitized data and processed by the processing unit 70. The data is transmitted to the home unit 80 such as a personal computer via the interfaces 73 and 81 of wireless communication means such as Bluetooth (registered trademark). The data transmitter 82 transmits data to a medical institution or the like via the network 90. A doctor such as a medical institution as a determiner monitors the received data with the personal computer 92 together with the past inquiry data of the pregnant woman stored in the server 91 of the medical institution or the like, and performs an examination.

Next, the abdominal band 1 will be described in more detail.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the frame 10 generally includes a pair of support portions 11, 11 along the substantially vertical direction Z of the pregnant woman H, and the pair of support portions 11, 11 from the abdominal portion S of the pregnant woman H between them. And an arch portion 12 connected to be separated from each other. The support portion 11 and the arch portion 12 are formed by bending a rectangular rigid body 15 such as a wire and covering it with a cloth or a film 16 and presenting a bent planar body as a whole. Thereby, the abdominal band 1 is reduced in weight and the pregnant woman H can be easily attached or detached alone. The short side portion of the rectangular rigid body 15 constitutes a pair of support portions 11 and 11.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pair of support portions 11 and 11 support the electrode support 30 between the support portions 11 and 11 by an elastic member 40 described later. Since the pair of support portions 11 and 11 are provided along the vertical direction Z, the electrode support 30 is supported only in the horizontal direction Y, and both end portions of the frame 10 in the vertical direction Z are released. Therefore, the electrode support 30 can be deformed via the elastic member 40 with the pair of support portions 11 and 11 as a reference, and can follow the curved shape of the abdomen B. Thereby, the change of the magnitude | size of the abdominal part S accompanying the growth of the fetus C can be absorbed, and it can utilize throughout a pregnancy period. In addition, it is highly versatile because it can absorb physique differences between pregnant women.

The arch part 12 is formed in an arch shape so as to be separated from the abdominal part S of the pregnant woman H, as shown in FIGS. By forming the arch shape, a space is secured between the arch portion 12 and the electrode support 30, and deformation of the electrode support 30 in the front-rear direction X is allowed. This space is determined in consideration of the change in the size of the abdomen S accompanying the growth of the fetus C, the physique difference among pregnant women, and the like. Further, on the outer surface of the arch portion 12, a pocket 57 in which the attaching portion 56 a of the annular hooking member 56 and the previous processing unit 70 are incorporated is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the electrode 20 includes a plurality of front electrodes 21 and a reference electrode 22. As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of front electrodes 21 are arranged on the surface of the electrode support 30 on the side of the abdomen S side by side with appropriate intervals, and arranged from the lower abdomen of the pregnant woman H to the upper abdomen. Contact the surface of the abdomen.

Here, the front electrode 21 includes a plurality of measurement electrodes 21a and one neutral electrode 21b. As shown in FIG. 5c, the neutral electrode 21b is an electrode that serves as a reference potential when the potential signal measured by each measurement electrode 21a is signal-processed. Using this reference potential as a reference, the potential difference between each measurement electrode 21a and the reference electrode 22 is measured. By providing the neutral electrode 21b, the neutral potential and the body surface potential of the pregnant woman H are made to coincide with each other, and malfunction due to induction noise or the like of the AC power supply is prevented. The neutral electrode 21b and the reference electrode 22 are arranged approximately symmetrically with respect to the body axis of the pregnant woman H.

As shown in FIG. 5b, the front electrode 21 is roughly composed of an electrode base 24, an element 25 that contacts the abdomen S, a snap terminal 26 that serves as a contact point between the element 25 and the cable 71, an element 25, and an abdomen B. And a contact member 27 interposed therebetween. The electrode substrate 24 is a film and has a substantially circular shape, and the element 25 is fixed at the center thereof. In addition, a ring-shaped member 24a is provided at the edge of the electrode base material 24 to prevent the positional displacement of the contact member 27 during potential measurement. The ring-shaped member 24a is made of, for example, polypropylene and has a thickness of 200 μm.

The element 25 and the snap terminal 26 have a caulking structure. For example, the element 25 is coated with a metal such as silver-silver chloride. For the snap terminal 26, for example, a metal such as stainless steel is used. A cable 71 is connected to the snap terminal 26. Although not shown, the cable 71 is wired inside the electrode support 30 and connected to the processing unit 70. The contact member 27 is provided inside the ring-shaped member 24a. As the contact member 27, a member having conductivity and weak adhesiveness that allows the front electrode 21 to be in close contact with the abdomen S is used.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 7, and 8, the reference electrode 22 is a reference electrode for measuring the electrocardiogram of the pregnant woman H and the fetus C, and the potential difference (voltage) between the reference electrode 22 and each front electrode 21. Is measured as an electrical signal. The reference electrode 22 is provided on the moving ring 54 of the fixture 50. The reference electrode 22 has the same configuration as the front electrode 21 as shown in FIG. The position of the reference electrode 22 can be adjusted by a male hook 58 a on the back side of the moving ring 54 and a female hook 58 b of the band 53. Although not shown, the cable of the reference electrode 22 is wired inside the band 53 and connected to the front processing unit 70 so that the pregnant woman H does not touch it. Here, the snap terminal 26 may have the same structure as the male hook 58a of the hook 58 for position adjustment. By directly fitting the snap terminal to the female hook 58b, the position of the reference electrode 22 is adjusted and the cable is electrically connected to the cable.

As shown in FIG. 2, the electrode support 30 has a substantially hexagonal shape, and an elastic member 40 is attached to the edge in the left-right direction Y. As shown in FIG. 5 b, the electrode support 30 is provided with double stretch fabric or film fabric as a front fabric 31 and a rear fabric 32, and a sponge between the front fabric 31 and the rear fabric 32. An elastic material 33 made of or the like is interposed. Accordingly, the electrode support 30 can be deformed along the abdomen S of the pregnant woman H. In addition, a plurality of slits 34 that penetrate the elastic member 40 are formed at the edge in the left-right direction Y of the electrode support 30.

As shown in FIG. 2, in the present embodiment, 13 front electrodes 21 are arranged in four rows in the vertical direction Z on the electrode support 30. The installation width W1 of the upper row L1 of the front electrode 21 located on the upper end side 30a of the electrode support 30 and the installation width W2 of the lower row L2 of the front electrode 21 on the lower end side 30b are the front electrode 21 in the vertical Z intermediate portion. It is narrower than the installation width W3 of the middle row L3. Thereby, the front electrode 21 can be arranged three-dimensionally along the curved abdomen S.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the elastic member 40 includes a belt-like rubber 41 and a grommet 42 that connects and fixes the rubber 41. One side of the rubber 41 is wound around the support portion 11, the other end passes through the slit 34 of the electrode support 30, and both end portions are connected and fixed by eyelets 42. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 40 includes first to sixth elastic members 40 a to 40 f that are arranged in the vertical direction Z at the edge in the left-right direction Y of the electrode support 30.

First and second elastic members (upper side elastic members) 40a and 40b located on the upper end 30a side of the electrode support 30 and fifth and sixth elastic members (lower end side elastic members) 40e and 40f located on the lower end 30b side. Has a larger tension than the second and third elastic members (vertical intermediate elastic members) 40c and 40d positioned in the middle of the vertical direction Z. The upper end side elastic members 40a and 40b and the lower end side elastic members 40e and 40f are attached to positions closer to the center N side in the left-right direction Y of the electrode support 30 than the vertical intermediate elastic members 40c and 40d. Yes.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the fixture 50 is roughly a band 53 that projects from the one end 10 a side of the frame 10, and a fixture 52 that fixes the free end 53 b of the band 53 to the other end 10 b side of the frame 10. With. The fixture 52 includes a joining member 55 that joins the free end 53b of the band 53 hung on the hooking member 56 to the band 53 to form a loop, and a hooking member 56 that hooks the free end 53b of the band. Further, a moving ring 54 provided with the reference electrode 22 is movably inserted into the band 53. As the joining member 55, for example, a fixing tape including a pair of hook tape 55a and loop tape 55b is used. In the fixing tape 55, the hook tape 55 a is provided along the width direction of the band 53. On the other hand, the loop tape 55 b is provided along the longitudinal direction of the band 53.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the band 53 is provided with female hooks 58b for receiving the male hooks 58a of the moving ring 54 at appropriate intervals. The hook 58 positions the reference electrode 22 of the moving ring 54 on the back B of the pregnant woman H. With the moving ring 54, the relative position of the reference electrode 22 with respect to the band 53 can be changed.

Here, the usage method of the abdominal band 1 is demonstrated.
First, the moving ring 54 is fixed to the band 53 by the hook 58 so that the reference electrode 22 is positioned at substantially the center of the back B. Next, based on the distance between the lower end of the frame 10 and the pelvis, the pregnant woman H aligns the abdominal band 1 with the abdomen S at an appropriate location indicated by the doctor. Here, the front electrode 21 in the lower row L2 of the electrode support 30 may be positioned in the vicinity of the pubic bone of the pregnant woman H. Further, the neutral electrode 21b may be positioned right next to the navel.

Then, while holding the arm portion 12 with one hand, the pregnant woman H straddles the band 53 from the one end 10a side of the frame 10 to the other end 10b side through the back B side with the other hand, and the free end 53b of the band 53 Is passed through the fixing ring 56 and is folded back so that the hook tape 55a and the loop tape 55b face each other to fix the band 53. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5 a, the reference electrode 22 and the plurality of front electrodes 21 can be positioned so as to sandwich the fetus C. Moreover, since each front electrode 21 is arranged along the abdominal part S by the electrode support 30, it is difficult to be influenced by the posture of the fetus C, and the potential in the vicinity of the heart CH of the fetus C can be detected. In this way, the pregnant woman H can easily wear the abdominal band 1 at an accurate position alone.

Here, since the electrode support 30 is supported by the elastic member 40 only in the left-right direction Y and the vertical direction Z is released, the electrode support 30 can be bent and deformed by the elastic member 40. The first, second, fifth, and sixth elastic members 40a, 40b, 40e, and 40f (upper and lower ends) of the elastic member 40 are second and third elastic members 40c and 40d (upper and lower intermediate portions). The tension is larger than that. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the electrode support 30 can be three-dimensionally deformed along the curved shape of the abdomen S of the pregnant woman H due to the difference in tension between the elastic members.

In addition, both the front cloth 31 and the rear cloth 32 of the electrode support 30 have elasticity. Therefore, as indicated by reference numeral 30 ′ in FIG. 2, the electrode support 30 is deformed so as to follow the curved shape of the abdomen S. Thereby, each front electrode 21 can be closely_contact | adhered in each location of the abdominal part S. FIG. Furthermore, since the contact pressure of each front electrode 21 to the abdomen S is secured by the elasticity of the elastic member 33, each front electrode 21 is in close contact with the abdomen S, and the electrocardiogram can be measured with high accuracy.

Further, the slit 34 for attaching the first to sixth elastic members 40 a to 40 f is located in the vicinity of the front electrode 21 located at the edge of the electrode support 30. Thereby, a tension | tensile_strength can be made to act largely on the edge part of the electrode support body 30, and the front electrode 21 close | similar to the edge part can be stuck more closely along the shape of the abdominal part S. FIG. The upper end side elastic members 40a and 40b and the lower end side elastic members 40e and 40f are attached to positions closer to the center N side in the left-right direction Y of the electrode support 30 than the vertical intermediate elastic members 40c and 40d. Yes. Therefore, the front electrode 21 can be arranged along the three-dimensional shape of the abdomen S.

Further, due to the arch shape of the arch portion 12, a space exists between the electrode support 30 and the arch portion 12. Thus, the electrode support 30 can be deformed corresponding to the curved shape of the abdominal part S and the change of the abdominal part S accompanying the growth of the fetus C, and each front electrode 21 can be disposed at an appropriate position of the abdominal part S. Thus, even if the pregnant woman H wears the abdominal band 1 alone, the front electrodes 21 can be arranged at appropriate positions by the electrode support 30 and the elastic member 40.
