Claims (4)
- 作業車両のエンジンからの排気を処理する排気処理ユニットであって、
前記排気を処理するディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルター装置と、
前記排気を処理する選択還元触媒装置と、
前記ディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルター装置と前記選択還元触媒装置とを接続する接続管と、
を備え、
前記接続管は、複数の球面ジョイントを含み、
前記接続管は、一端側において第1の管部を有するとともに、他端側において第2の管部を有し、
前記複数の球面ジョイントは、
前記第1の管部と前記ディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルター装置との間に設けられる第1の球面ジョイントと、
前記第2の管部と前記選択還元触媒装置との間に設けられる第2の球面ジョイントと、
前記第1の管部と前記第2の管部との間に設けられる第3の球面ジョイントと、
を含む、
前記ディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルター装置と、前記選択還元触媒装置とは、それぞれの長手方向が同一の方向となるように並んで配置されており、
前記接続管は、前記接続管の長手方向が前記ディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルター装置及び前記選択還元触媒装置の長手方向と同一の方向となるように近接して配置され、
前記接続管は、前記一端側において、前記ディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルター装置と接続され、前記他端側において、前記選択還元触媒装置と接続される、
排気処理ユニット。
- 前記第1の球面ジョイント及び前記第2の球面ジョイントの各中心軸線は、前記第3の球面ジョイントの中心軸線と直交する、請求項1に記載の排気処理ユニット。
- 前記ディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルター装置を支持する第1の支持部品と、
前記選択還元触媒装置と前記第1の支持部品を支持する第2の支持部品と、
をさらに備え、
前記第1の支持部品と前記第2の支持部品が別体の部品である、請求項1又は2に記載の排気処理ユニット。
- 前記第2の支持部品は、プレス加工によって成形される、請求項3に記載の排気処理ユニット。
