Claims (13)
- チタン又はチタン合金にて出来た歯科インプラントを製造する方法において、
自然酸化層を除去するため、前記インプラントの少なくともねじ付き底部分をエッチングする工程と、
前記エッチング後に、前記ねじ付き底部分に酸エッチング過程を使用して20μmを超えない頂部からの谷への高さを有するマイクロスケールの凹凸部の列を持つ粗面化した面を形成する工程と、
前記粗面化した面を前処理することなく、2−メトキシエタノール溶媒及びヒドロキシアパタイトナノ結晶を含む溶液に曝すことにより、前記粗面化した面上に直接、別個のヒドロキシアパタイトナノ結晶を堆積させる工程とを含み、
前記別個のヒドロキシアパタイトナノ結晶を堆積させる工程により、前記粗面化した面の全体より少ない面を被覆して堆積させる、歯科インプラントを製造する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記凹凸部は、1μmないし10μmの頂部から谷への高さを有する、方法。

- ナノ結晶状面を、チタン又はチタン合金にて出来たインプラント上に形成する方法において、
前記工程は、
チタン又はチタン合金にて出来た金属被着層を提供する工程と、
コロイド溶液が直接、前記金属被着層の曝された外面と接触するように、18℃ないし32℃の温度範囲を有する前記コロイド溶液中に前記被着層の少なくとも一部分を11.5分ないし240分、浸漬して、別個のヒドロキシアパタイトナノ結晶を堆積させる工程とを備え、
前記コロイド溶液は、2−メトキシエタノール溶媒と、溶液の全体に対して0.01重量パーセントないし1重量パーセントの濃度範囲を有する複数のヒドロキシアパタイトナノ結晶とを含み、
前記コロイド溶液のpHを9ないし11に調整する工程を備え、
前記堆積させる工程により、前記金属被着層の曝された外面の全体より少ない面を被覆して堆積し、前記別個のナノ結晶の間の前記曝された部分が骨と接触するようにする、ナノ結晶状面を形成する方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記凹凸部は、1μmないし10μmの頂部から谷への高さを有する、方法。
