Description

The present invention relates to a luminaire having a human body sensor that detects the presence or absence of a person.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a lighting fixture having a human body sensor unit that detects the presence or absence of a person is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
As illustrated in FIG. 6, the lighting fixture 100 described in Patent Document 1 includes a body 101 and a cover 102 made of synthetic resin. The inside of the body 101 is divided into a terminal housing portion 104 and a printed circuit board housing portion 105 by a partition wall 103. A terminal plate 106 is disposed in the terminal accommodating portion 104. A set of two locking springs 107 is arranged on the terminal plate 106, and the electric wire is pressed against the terminal plate 106 by the locking spring 107.
Two printed circuit boards 109 and 110 connected by a flat cable 108 are accommodated in the printed circuit board accommodating portion 105. A printed circuit board 109 disposed on the cover 102 side includes a light emitting diode (LED) 111 that is a light source, a human body detection sensor 112 that detects human movement, a brightness sensor 113 that detects ambient illuminance, and a terminal board. 106 is implemented.

The light source is configured by arranging a plurality of LEDs 111 in a matrix. The cover 102 is provided with an opening window 114 that allows the LED 111 to face the front surface, and a sensor window 115 that allows the light receiving surfaces of the human body detection sensor 112 and the brightness sensor 113 to face the front surface. A translucent shade 116 is attached to the opening window 114 of the cover 102. Further, the sensor window 115 of the cover 102 is closed by the lens 117.
The lens 117 is supported on the sensor window 115 by a lens support frame 118. On the periphery of the sensor window 115 of the cover 102 corresponding to the lens support frame 118, a support portion 119 formed in a half-moon shape protrudes from the front surface of the cover 102. When heat rays are incident on the lens 117 from the outside, the heat rays are reflected by the support frame 118 and detected by the sensor. Two heat ray shielding members 120 and 120 that shield a heat ray incident on the lens 117 and restrict a detection region of the heat ray can be attached to the periphery of the sensor window 115. Thereby, the incidence of heat rays from an unnecessary detection region can be controlled.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-12245 (FIG. 1)

However, in the conventional lighting fixture 100 as described above, since the human body detection sensor 112 is disposed at a position separated from the centers of the plurality of LEDs 111 that are light emitting units, the center of the detection area of the human body detection sensor 112 and the LEDs 111 are arranged. The center of the light distribution area is shifted. For this reason, there is a problem that the person cannot be detected even if there is a person in the light distribution area and the light is turned off. In addition, even if the human body detection sensor 112 is tilted so that the center of the LED 111 and the human body detection sensor 112 are aligned, the light distribution area and the detection area are different, which causes the same problem.
In addition, in order to prevent the influence of heat rays from the LED 111 to the human body detection sensor 112 which causes the malfunction of the human body detection sensor 112, a vertical wall-shaped support portion 119 is provided between the two. There has been a problem in that the size of the instrument 100 is increased.

The present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems, and provides a lighting apparatus capable of appropriately distributing light by preventing the influence of heat rays from the light emitting unit to the human body sensor with an inexpensive and simple configuration. With the goal.

Lighting device of the invention, the human body sensor part having a sensor element for detecting a human presence by IR provided at the central portion of the instrument body, disposed on the periphery of the human body sensor part, the light-emitting element which emits light forward a plurality of light emitting portions having a reflector having a portion with a reflecting surface surrounding the light emitting portion, the infrared has a difficult translucent transmission, infrared rays emitted from the light emitting portion within the human body sensor part And a shield portion that covers the front of the plurality of light emitting portions, and each of the plurality of light emitting portions is provided with a portion that includes the reflecting surface of the reflecting plate. The

In the lighting fixture of the present invention, the shield portion has an opening at a predetermined site, and the human body sensor portion is arranged at a position to be looked into from the opening of the shield portion.

Furthermore, in the lighting apparatus of the present invention, the shield part has an opening at a predetermined site, the human body sensor part protrudes outward from the opening part of the shield part, and the light emitting part is arranged inside the shield part. .

In the present invention, since the human body sensor unit is provided in the center of the instrument body and the light emitting unit is provided around the human body sensor unit, the center of the detection area of the human body sensor unit and the center of the light distribution area by the light emitting unit are determined. They can be matched, and people in the light distribution area can be reliably detected. In addition, since a shield part that does not transmit infrared rays and has translucency is provided, infrared rays emitted from the light emitting part can be prevented from entering the human body sensor part. It is possible to provide a lighting apparatus having an effect of preventing the influence of heat rays on the human body sensor and appropriately distributing light.

(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, the lighting fixture of 1st Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated using drawing.
As shown in FIG. 1, the lighting fixture 10 of embodiment which concerns on this invention can be attached to to-be-attached parts, such as the ceiling 11, and can be used as a downlight which illuminates the front (downward in FIG. 1), for example. The lighting fixture 10 has a cylindrical lamp main body 20 having an opening at the front (opening 25) as a fixture main body.

The fixture body 20 is formed of a metal having high thermal conductivity such as Al, Cu, for example. When the lamp body 20 is attached to the outer periphery of the opening 25 at the front portion of the lamp body 20, the fixture body 20 is attached to the ceiling surface 11. It has a ring-shaped instrument frame 21 that abuts from below. A mounting base 22 is attached to the rear part (upper part in FIG. 1) of the lamp body 20 so as to protrude outward, and a terminal base 23 connected to a commercial power source is attached to the mounting base 22. A plurality (three in this case) of mounting springs 24 are radially provided on the outer peripheral surface of the front end portion of the lamp main body 20 at substantially equal intervals, and the lamp main body 20 with the ceiling 11 sandwiched between the fixture frame 21. To fix.

A light emitting unit 30, a human body sensor unit 40 that detects a human body, and an illuminance sensor 43 that detects ambient brightness are attached to the opening 25 in the front part of the instrument body 20. As shown in FIG. 2, the light emitting unit 30 includes an LED unit 31 and a reflecting plate 34. The LED unit 31 includes a disk-shaped substrate 32 and a plurality of (here, for example, five) LED packages 33. The LED package 33 includes LED chips 33 a that are light emitting elements, and is mounted in the circumferential direction of the substrate 32 at substantially equal intervals.

On the front side of the substrate 32 (the upper side in FIG. 2B), a generally cylindrical reflecting plate 34 is attached. The reflection plate 34 includes a side surface 35 having a circular cross section and a disk-shaped front plate 36 provided on the front end surface of the side surface 35. The front plate 36 is provided with a circular opening 36 a corresponding to the arrangement of the LED package 33 on the substrate 32, and a curved reflecting surface 34 a is provided from the opening 36 a toward the substrate 32. . Therefore, the LED package 33 is accommodated inside the reflective surface 34a.

The human body sensor unit 40 is, for example, a quad-type pyroelectric sensor that detects the presence or absence of a person by detecting infrared rays emitted from a person in the detection area, and is provided in the center of the substrate 32. Accordingly, the LED package 33 is arranged around the human body sensor unit 40. The human body sensor unit 40 includes a sensor element 41 mounted on the substrate 32 and a lens 42 made of, for example, polyethylene resin provided in front of the sensor element 41.

On the front surface of the front plate 36 of the reflection plate 34, a shield portion 50 made of, for example, an acrylic material is provided, which hardly transmits infrared rays and has translucency. Since the front of the light emitting unit 30 is covered by the shield unit 50, the illumination light is transmitted, but the infrared rays emitted from the light emitting unit 30 are not transmitted. An opening 51 is provided at the center of the shield part 50, and the human body sensor part 40 provided at the center of the substrate 32 detects a human body as if looking through the opening 51. For example, an illuminance sensor 43 having a photo IC diode can also be provided in the vicinity of the human body sensor unit 40. Or even if the illumination intensity sensor part 43 is provided behind the shield part 50, since the shield part 50 has translucency, it can detect brightness.

Next, the control system will be described with reference to FIG.
The lighting fixture 10 includes the LED unit 31 and the LED power source 60 described above. The LED power supply 60 includes a control circuit unit 61, a control power supply unit 62, a rectifying / smoothing unit 63, an input protection unit 64, and a constant current power supply unit 65.

The control circuit unit 61 includes a microcomputer IC1, which is a central processing unit, receives the detection signals from the human body sensor unit 40 and the illuminance sensor unit 43, and controls the light emitting unit 30 to distribute light. The input protection unit 64 includes a current fuse, a film capacitor, and a noise prevention filter, and is connected to a commercial power supply 66. The rectifying / smoothing unit 63 is a parallel circuit of a diode bridge and an aluminum electrolytic capacitor constituting a full-wave rectifying / smoothing circuit. The control power supply unit 62 generates a DC voltage with a step-down chopper circuit configuration including a switching power supply IC, an inductor, and a high-speed diode, and supplies power to the control circuit unit 61. The constant current power supply unit 65 generates a constant current power supply by a step-down chopper circuit including a switching power supply IC, a choke, and a high speed diode, and supplies the constant current power supply to the light emitting unit 30.

Next, operation | movement of this lighting fixture 10 is demonstrated based on FIG. 3 and FIG.
When the output signal detected by the human body sensor unit 40 is input to the control circuit unit 61, if the output signal from the illuminance sensor unit 43 is higher than a predetermined lighting start illuminance setting value (at times T1 and T2). The control circuit unit 61 determines that the light is turned off, and the constant current power supply unit 65 that receives the Hi output performs oscillation stop control. For this reason, the light emission part 30 remains in a light extinction state. The lighting start illuminance setting value can be set to, for example, about 50 lux in consideration of the output characteristics of the illuminance sensor signal.

On the other hand, when the output signal detected by the human body sensor unit 40 is input to the control circuit unit 61 as at time T3 in FIG. 4, the output signal from the illuminance sensor unit 43 is greater than the lighting start illuminance setting value. If low, the control circuit unit 61 determines that the light is on, and the oscillation stop signal to the constant current power supply unit 65 is released. As a result, the constant current power supply unit 65 starts to oscillate, and the constant current power supply is supplied to the light emitting unit 30 and immediately turns on.
After that, when there is no output signal from the human body sensor unit 40 and a predetermined lighting holding time timer (lighting holding time TL) completes the time limit operation (time T4), the control circuit unit 61 determines that the light is off and outputs Hi. The constant current power supply unit 65 that has received the oscillation is controlled to stop oscillation, and the light emitting unit 30 is turned off. Note that the lighting holding time TL can be set to about 1 minute, for example.

Although the change of the heat ray occurs when the light emitting unit 30 is turned off, since the shield unit 50 blocks the heat ray from the human body sensor unit 40, the change of the heat ray from the light emitting unit 30 is not detected around the detection area. For this reason, there is no erroneous operation that the human body sensor unit 40 detects the heat ray again and turns on again after the light is turned off.

As described above, according to the lighting fixture 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention described above, the human body sensor unit 40 is provided at the center of the lamp body 20 and the light emitting unit 30 is disposed around the human body sensor unit 40. The center of the detection area of the unit 40 and the center of the light distribution area by the light emitting unit 30 can be made substantially coincident, and a person in the light distribution area can be reliably detected.
Further, since the shield part 50 is provided which has a light-transmitting property that hardly transmits infrared rays and prevents the infrared rays emitted from the light emitting unit 30 from entering the human body sensor unit 40, the human body sensor using infrared rays from the light emitting unit 30 is provided. The malfunction of the part 40 can be prevented. Thereby, with the cheap and simple structure, the influence of the heat ray from the light emission part 30 to the human body sensor part 40 can be prevented, and it can distribute light appropriately.

In addition, since the opening 51 is provided in the shield part 50 that does not easily transmit infrared rays, and the human body sensor part 40 looks through the opening part 51, the proper detection operation of the human body sensor part 40 is ensured and the light emitting part It is possible to prevent the infrared rays emitted from 30 from entering the human body sensor unit 40 and prevent the human body sensor unit 40 from malfunctioning.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, the lighting fixture of 2nd Embodiment which concerns on this invention is shown in FIG.
As described above, according to the luminaire 10B of the second embodiment of the present invention described above, the opening 51 is provided in the shield part 50 that hardly transmits infrared rays, and the human body sensor part 40B protrudes from the opening 51. The proper detection operation of the human body sensor unit 40B can be ensured. Further, since the light emitting unit 30 is arranged inside the shield unit 50, it is possible to prevent the infrared rays emitted from the light emitting unit 30 from entering the human body sensor unit 40B, thereby preventing the human body sensor unit 40B from malfunctioning.
Moreover, since the human body sensor part 40B protrudes from the shield part 50, the detection area of the human body sensor part 40B can be widened.

In addition, the lighting fixture of this invention is not limited to each embodiment mentioned above, A suitable deformation | transformation, improvement, etc. are possible.
For example, in each of the embodiments described above, the entire light emitting unit is covered with one shield unit so that infrared rays emitted from the light emitting unit are not detected by the human body sensor unit, but for each LED package of the light emitting unit. A small shield can also be provided.
