Description
Claims (7)
- スターホイール(6)と、モータシャフト(10)およびモータハウジング(11)を有する駆動モータ(9)と、頂部端面を有し且つ前記スターホイール(6)からの荷重を受ける荷重受け支持スタンド(8,80)と、を備える搬送装置(4,5,40)であって、
前記モータハウジング(11)が前記荷重受け支持スタンド(8,80)の一部であり、
前記駆動モータ(9)は、前記支持スタンド(8,80)内の所定位置に固定されており、
前記モータシャフト(10)は、前記支持スタンドの前記頂部端面にあるシールされたベアリング(12a)を通って延び、
前記モータハウジング(11)がスターホイールコンベアの支柱の一部であり、
前記駆動モータ(9)がダイレクトドライブとして構成され、
前記モータハウジング(11)が前記モータ(9)のための制御ユニット(15)を備える
ことを特徴とする、搬送装置(4,5,40)。 - 前記モータハウジング(11)が、前記モータハウジング(11)より下側にある前記支持スタンド(8,80)の他の部分(17,20,21)に接続部(11a,17a)を介して接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記接続部(11a,17a)がフランジであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記モータハウジング(11)の前記接続部(11a)と前記他の部分の接続部(17a)との間にシール(18)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記支持スタンド(8,80)が、前記モータハウジング(11)と前記モータハウジング(11)より更に下側にある前記支持スタンド(8,80)の他の部分との間に配置され、前記モータハウジング(11)と前記他の部分とに接続されるスペーサ(17)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記支持スタンド(8,80)が、隣接する支持スタンドに接続される接続要素(20)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記モータハウジング(11)の前記接続部(11a)が、前記支持スタンド(8,80)の他の部分(17,20,21)の接続部(17a)に対して、ネジ(19)を螺合して接続されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置。
