Description

Claims (13)
- 移動する中芯材ウェブの露出した表面に水と接着剤とを含む実質的に連続した第1の薄膜を塗布することにより該ウェブ中の水分含有量を調整して、該調整後の該中芯材ウェブが6重量%〜9重量%の水分を含有するようにする、調整ステップと、
その後、前記中芯材ウェブが前記調整ステップの結果としての6重量%〜9重量%の水分含有量を加熱後に保持するようにして、該中芯材ウェブを100℃以下の温度に加熱する、加熱ステップと、
その後、前記中芯材ウェブの前記表面が波形成形中に露出したまま、該中芯材ウェブを波形成形して波形ウェブを製造する、波形成形ステップと、を含み、
該波形成形ステップの直前に、該中芯材ウェブが6重量%〜9重量%の水分含有量を保持し、および、100℃以下の温度にある、方法。 - 前記調整ステップ後に、前記中芯材ウェブが7重量%〜9重量%の水分を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- a)ライナー材の第1のウェブの水分含有量を調整して、該調整後の該ライナー材の第1のウェブが6重量%〜9重量%の水分を含有するようにするステップと、
b)その後、該ライナー材の第1のウェブと前記波形ウェブとを結合して片面ウェブを製造するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 実質的に連続した液体の第2の薄膜を前記ライナー材の第1のウェブに塗布することにより、該ライナー材の第1のウェブの水分含有量を調整する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の薄膜の前記液体が接着剤を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記該ライナー材の第1のウェブと前記波形ウェブとを、該ライナー材の第1のウェブに塗布された前記液体の第2の薄膜中の前記接着剤を介して接着する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記波形ウェブの段の頂部に接着剤を別個に塗布して、前記ライナー材の第1のウェブを該波形ウェブに接着することを含まない、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップa)とステップb)との間に、前記ライナー材の第1のウェブが加熱後にその水分含有量を保持するようにして、該ライナー材の第1のウェブを100℃以下の温度に加熱することをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- c)ライナー材の第2のウェブの水分含有量を調整して、該調整後の該ライナー材の第2のウェブが6重量%〜9重量%の水分を含有するようにするステップと、
d)その後、該ライナー材の第2のウェブと前記波形ウェブとを、前記ライナー材の第1のウェブと反対側で結合して両面ウェブを製造するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 実質的に連続した液体の第2の薄膜を前記ライナー材の第2のウェブに塗布することにより、該ライナー材の第2のウェブの水分含有量を調整する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の薄膜の前記液体が接着剤を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記該ライナー材の第2のウェブと前記波形ウェブとを、該ライナー材の第2のウェブに塗布された前記液体の第2の薄膜中の前記接着剤を介して接着する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記波形ウェブの段の頂部に接着剤を別個に塗布して、前記ライナー材の第2のウェブを該波形ウェブに接着することを含まない、請求項12に記載の方法。
