Description
Claims (14)
- 燃料噴射手段及び熱い酸素を供給するための手段を含む、酸素燃焼手段によって操作するガラス溶融炉のバーナへの出力供給装置であって、酸素の分配が多段燃焼を発生させるために実施され、酸素の画分が燃料と同時に噴射され、この酸素が燃料噴射手段に供給する前に100℃を超えない温度で導入されることを特徴とする出力供給装置。
- 燃料と共に供給される酸素の画分が全酸素の最大10%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の出力供給装置。
- 燃料と共に供給される酸素の画分が全酸素の1.5〜7%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の出力供給装置。
- 熱い酸素のための供給手段が燃料噴射手段から離れて位置され、熱い酸素のための供給手段が燃料噴射手段に対して対称的に位置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の出力供給装置。
- 一直線上で、かつ燃料噴射手段を中心とする対称位置に配置された少なくとも二連の熱い酸素供給手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の出力供給装置。
- 出力供給装置が、燃料供給地点から離れるに従って各導管への熱い酸素の供給量を増加させる制御手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の出力供給装置。
- 一直線上で、かつ燃料噴射手段を中心とする対称位置に配置された二連の供給手段を含み、燃料噴射手段と熱い酸素のための最も近い供給地点との間の距離が燃料噴射手段の同じ側上に位置される第一及び第二地点を分離する距離と同じであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の出力供給装置。
- 各導管からの熱い酸素の供給量について、燃料噴射地点に最も近い場所からの供給量が、それ以外の場所からの熱い酸素の供給量以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の出力供給装置。
- 燃料噴射手段への最も近い供給が、最も遠くに離れている供給の20〜60%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の出力供給装置。
- 少なくとも二つの同一の燃料噴射手段を含み、それらの操作が単独で又は他の噴射手段と同時に操作できるこれらの噴射装置の各々に対して調整されることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の出力供給装置。
- 二つの燃料噴射手段を含み、それらの各々は独立しており、メンテナンスの操作のために一時的に中断されることができることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の出力供給装置。
- 少なくとも二つのタイプの燃料噴射手段を含み、それらの各々は所定の燃料専用であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の出力供給装置。
- ガスの供給のために意図された噴射手段と液体燃料のために意図された噴射手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の出力供給装置。
- 使用される燃料の選択を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の出力供給装置。
