Claims (9)
- 内部にスペースを画定するスペーサー本体を備え、
前記スペースが、該スペースの中間部に位置し、電池の正極と、負極と、複数層の柔軟性を有する部材を重ね合わせることによって形成される電気コアの端部を収容するように適合されたタブ通過領域と、前記スペーサー本体の長軸方向において前記タブ通過領域の2つの端部に隣接する収容領域と、を有し、
シート状の前記電気コアを収容するように、それぞれの収容領域が、前記スペーサー本体の1つの端壁、2つの側壁および1つの上部壁と、前記タブ通過領域と、によって取り囲まれた樋状の構造を有し、
少なくとも1つのタブ開口部が、前記タブ通過領域に形成され、前記スペーサー本体を貫通する、
ことを特徴とする、電池カバー及び電池シェルと電気コアとの間に配置され、絶縁性の要求を満たし、前記電気コアの端部に対する良好な保護を提供し得る電池スペーサー。 - 複数のスルーホールがそれぞれの収容領域に形成され、前記スペーサー本体の前記1つの上部壁を貫通する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池スペーサー。 - 複数のタブ開口部が前記タブ通過領域に形成され、前記スペーサー本体の前記長軸方向に垂直な断面において、それぞれが逆コの字形状を有し、前記タブ開口部が、前記スペーサー本体の前記長軸方向に沿って配置された、全体の形状が前記スペーサー本体の前記長軸方向に垂直な断面において逆コの字形状である、少なくとも1つのビームによって間隔を置いて形成され、それぞれのタブ開口部の2つの端部が前記スペーサー本体の前記長軸方向において前記収容領域と連通する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池スペーサー。 - 前記ビームが、主要部と、前記主要部の2つの端にある接続部と、を備え、
前記接続部が、前記タブ通過領域から前記電気コアに向けて、それぞれ延びる、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池スペーサー。 - 前記ビームの前記主要部が、前記スペーサー本体の前記長軸方向に垂直な断面において、V字形状の部分を有し、前記スペーサー本体の前記長軸方向において均一の厚さを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池スペーサー。 - 電池カバー及び電池シェルと電気コアとの間に配置され、絶縁性の要求を満たし、正極と、負極と、複数層の柔軟性を有する部材を重ね合わせることによって形成される電気コアの端部に対する良好な保護を提供し得る上部電池スペーサーと、
電池カバー及び電池シェルと電気コアとの間に配置され、絶縁性の要求を満たし、正極と、負極と、複数層の柔軟性を有する部材を重ね合わせることによって形成される電気コアの端部に対する良好な保護を提供し得る下部電池スペーサーと、
2枚の側板と、
を備え、
それぞれの側板の2つの端が、前記上部電池スペーサーおよび前記下部電池スペーサーにそれぞれ固定され、
前記上部電池スペーサーおよび前記下部電池スペーサーのそれぞれが、請求項1に記載の電池スペーサーである、
ことを特徴とする、電池の電気コア用の保護アセンブリ。 - 少なくとも1つの留め金が前記電池スペーサーのそれぞれの側に形成され、
少なくとも1つの留め金開口部が、前記側板に形成され、前記留め金と合うように適合され、
前記電池スペーサーが、前記留め金と前記留め金開口部との留め金係合を介して前記側板に接続された、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の、電池の電気コア用の保護アセンブリ。 - 位置決め円弧部分が前記側板のそれぞれの横方向の側面から延び、前記位置決め円弧部分が前記電気コアに向けて曲げられた、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の、電池の電気コア用の保護アセンブリ。 - 請求項7に記載の電池の電気コア用の保護アセンブリと、
前記保護アセンブリ内に収容される少なくとも1つの電気コアと、
を備えるパワーバッテリー。
