- 請求項1〜4のうちの1つに記載の再生装置であって、2つの焼成ゾーンがあり、その第1焼成ゾーンの温度が、その第2焼成ゾーンの温度よりも低い再生装置。
- 請求項5に記載の再生装置であって、前記第1焼成ゾーンは、環状内部循環ゾーン(15)内側に配置された第3環状循環ゾーン(12)を備えており、前記第3環状循環ゾーンによって、前記燃焼ガス(13)が、最初のセクターの前記第2焼成ゾーンの前記環状内部循環ゾーン(15')および第2セクター(14')の前記第1焼成ゾーンの前記環状外部循環ゾーン(11)間で循環可能である再生装置。
- 請求項5または6に記載の再生装置であって、第2酸素導管(16)を備えており、前記第2酸素導管は、前記2つの焼成ゾーン間に通じておりかつ酸素を付加的に供給可能である再生装置。
- 請求項3〜7のうちの1つに記載の再生装置であって、前記焼成ゾーンは、上部スクリーン(5、61)および下部スクリーン(6、51)を備えており、これらの両スクリーンは、前記燃焼ガスを、前記触媒を通過させることなく、前記供給導管(1)から前記排出導管(2)に直接的に循環させることを防止する再生装置。
- 請求項1〜8のうちの1つに記載の装置を用いた触媒再生プロセスであって、前記触媒は、セクター(14)に分けられた環状燃焼ゾーン(3)に重力によって下降し、前記燃焼ガス(13)は、各セクターを連続して通過し、燃焼ガス(13)は、各セクター間で、冷却されかつ酸素を補充される触媒再生プロセス。
- 請求項9に記載の触媒再生プロセスであって、前記燃焼ガス(13)は、前記環状燃焼ゾーン(3)を外側から内側まで通過する触媒再生プロセス。
- 請求項9〜10のうちの1つに記載の触媒再生プロセスであって、前記触媒は、触媒改質触媒である触媒再生プロセス。
- 請求項9〜11のうちの1つに記載の触媒再生プロセスであって、前記触媒は、第1および第2環状燃焼ゾーン(3、3')を通過させられ、これらの環状燃焼ゾーンは、上下に配置されておりかつセクター(14)に分けられており、前記触媒は、最初に、前記第1環状燃焼ゾーン(3)に循環させられ、それから、中間導管(4'')によって、前記第2環状燃焼ゾーン(3')に循環させられ、前記燃焼ガス(13)は、最初に、第1セクターの前記第1環状燃焼ゾーン(3)へ循環させられ、それから、酸素を補給した後で、前記第1セクターの前記第2環状燃焼ゾーン(3')へ循環させられ、それから、全ての他のセクターへ連続して循環させられ、その一方で、各セクターの前でおよび各環状燃焼ゾーン間で、それぞれに酸素を補充されて、各セクターの前に冷やされる触媒再生プロセス。
- 請求項12に記載の触媒再生プロセスであって、前記第1環状燃焼ゾーン(3)の温度は、400℃〜550℃であり、前記第2環状燃焼ゾーン(3')の温度は、前記第1環状燃焼ゾーンの温度より、少なくとも10℃、高くても40℃高い触媒再生プロセス。
