Claims (3)
- 多数の隔壁で仕切られた多孔状の筒形のフィルタ本体を有するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタに、1個以上の上記隔壁を挟んでコンデンサを形成する2つの電極を同心状に重ねて設置し、上記2つの電極のうち内側の電極を上記フィルタ本体の筒内径よりも小径且つ上記フィルタ本体と同一外周形状に形成すると共に、当該フィルタ本体の中心にフィルタを構成しないよう配置し、上記コンデンサの静電容量から上記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタに捕集されているPMの量が検出されるようにしたことを特徴とするPMセンサ。
- 上記2つの電極のうち外側の電極を上記フィルタ本体の全周に沿わせて設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のPMセンサ。
- 上記外側の電極は、上記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの金属製ケースであることを特徴とする請求項2記載のPMセンサ。
