Claims (5)
- バッテリの電圧をモニタし、前記バッテリの過充電状態を検出する過充電検出回路と、
前記過充電検出回路の出力信号で制御され、前記出力信号が過充電状態検出信号のときにオフし、前記出力信号が通常状態検出信号のときにオンする出力トランジスタと、
充電制御トランジスタが接続され、前記出力トランジスタの信号が前記充電制御トランジスタに出力される充電制御端子と、
前記充電制御端子の電圧をモニタし、充電器の接続を検出する電圧検出回路と、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリ状態監視回路。 - 前記出力トランジスタはオープンドレイン出力である、請求項1に記載のバッテリ状態監視回路。
- 充放電が可能なバッテリと、
前記バッテリの電圧をモニタする請求項1または2に記載のバッテリ状態監視回路と、
負荷及び充電器が接続される第一外部端子及び第二外部端子と、
ゲートが前記充電制御端子に接続し、ソース及びドレインが前記バッテリの充放電経路に接続された充電制御トランジスタと、
前記充電制御トランジスタのゲートとソースとの間に設けられた抵抗と、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリ装置。 - 充放電が可能なバッテリと、
前記バッテリの電圧をモニタする請求項1または2に記載のバッテリ状態監視回路と、
負荷及び充電器の一方の端子が接続される第一外部端子と、
前記充電器の他方の端子が接続される第二外部端子と、
ゲートが前記充電制御端子に接続し、ソース及びドレインが前記バッテリの充放電経路に接続された充電制御トランジスタと、
前記充電制御トランジスタのゲートとソースとの間に設けられた抵抗と、
前記充電制御トランジスタのドレインと、前記負荷の他方の端子が接続される第三外部端子と、
前記第一外部端子と前記第二外部端子との間に設けられた第二の抵抗と、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリ装置。 - 前記第二の抵抗は、前記バッテリ状態監視回路の前記充電制御端子と前記バッテリの第一端子の間に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリ装置。
