Claims (6)
- 被濾過液が満たされた槽内に設置されて前記被濾過液の分離膜を行う浸漬型分離膜装置の洗浄方法であって、洗浄開始前の膜間差圧をX(kPa)とし、前記分離膜装置の濾過水側から薬液を注入するときの初期膜間差圧をY(kPa)とした場合、下記式(1)を満たす初期膜間差圧をかけて前記薬液を注入し、
前記薬液は、1wt%以上の濃度の酸性液体であり、
前記薬液の注入量は、前記分離膜装置の膜面積1m 2 あたり1〜3Lであることを特徴とする浸漬型分離膜装置の洗浄方法。

ただし、0<X<80である。 - 前記Xは、10<X<50であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の浸漬型分離膜装置の洗浄方法。
- 前記分離膜装置が、分離膜活性汚泥法によるものである場合、前記酸性液体は有機酸であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の浸漬型分離膜装置の洗浄方法。
- 前記分離膜装置は、中空糸膜を用いたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の浸漬型分離膜装置の洗浄方法。
- 被濾過液が満たされた槽内に設置されて前記被濾過液の分離膜を行う浸漬型分離膜装置の洗浄システムであって、
1wt%以上の濃度の酸性液体である薬液が貯留された薬液タンクと、
前記分離膜装置に対し、前記薬液タンク内の前記薬液を濾過水側から注入する逆圧水洗浄ポンプと、
前記分離膜装置に注入される前記薬液の圧力を調整する圧力調整手段と、を備え、
前記濾過水側での前記逆圧水洗浄ポンプによる前記薬液の注入量は、前記分離膜装置の膜面積1m 2 あたり1〜3Lであり、
前記圧力調整手段は、洗浄開始前の膜間差圧をX(kPa)とし、
前記逆圧水洗浄ポンプが前記薬液を注入する際の初期膜問差圧をY(kPa)とした場合、下記式(1)を満たす初期膜間差圧で前記薬液が注入されるように、圧力の調整を行うことを特徴とする浸漬型分離膜装置の洗浄システム。

ただし、0<X<80である。 - 前記圧力調整手段は、洗浄開始前の膜間差圧に基づいて、前記薬液の圧力を調整することを特徴とする請求項5記載の浸漬型分離膜装置の洗浄システム。
