Description
Claims (4)
- 紫外光を受けて蛍光を発するコーティングで表面の少なくとも一部が被覆された被検査体の検査装置であって、
紫外光源と、
紫外光を受けた被検査体からの蛍光を受光して、各々が異なる色成分に分解された複数の画像を生成する撮像部と、
前記撮像部が生成した画像のうち少なくとも1つに基づいて被検査体のコーティングを検査する検査部と、を備え、
前記検査部は、検査区域ごとに、色分解された複数の画像のいずれかを選択して検査し、
前記検査部は、選択された色成分の画像に基づいて検査区域に塗布されているコーティングの種類を判別することを特徴とする検査装置。 - 前記検査部は、色分解された複数の画像から検査対象の異物に応じて画像を選択して異物を検査することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 前記検査部は、前記撮像部によって得られたダイナミックレンジの異なる複数の画像から検査項目に応じて画像を選択して検査することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の検査装置。
- 紫外光を受けた基準部材が発する蛍光の強度に基づいて紫外光画像のシェーディング補正をするシェーディング補正部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の検査装置。
