Claims (8)
- 走行する糸に光を照射する投光部と、
前記投光部による照射光が前記糸で反射した反射光を受光する受光部と、
前記受光部の受光量を所定の糸長さ間隔ごとに測定する測定部と、
前記測定部が測定した測定値に基づいて受光値を求める受光値検出部と、
前記受光値検出部が求めた受光値を複数記憶する記憶部と、
前記受光値検出部が求めた最新の受光値と、前記最新の受光値に対応する測定値の測定位置から前記糸長さ間隔よりも所定長さ下流側の位置で測定された測定値に基づいて求められて前記記憶部に記憶されている受光値と、の合計値を、前記所定長さの範囲の受光値を除いて求める計算部と、
前記計算部が求めた合計値に基づいて異物の有無を判定する判定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の異物検出装置であって、
前記最新の受光値に対応する測定値の測定位置から前記糸長さ間隔よりも所定の第1長さ下流側における所定の第2長さの範囲内で測定された測定値に基づいて求められて前記記憶部に記憶されている受光値の中で、最小の受光値を求める最小値検出部を更に備え、
前記計算部は、前記最新の受光値と、前記最小の受光値と、の合計値を求めることを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - 請求項2に記載の異物検出装置であって、
前記最小値検出部は、
求めた前記最小の受光値を記憶しておき、
前記最小の受光値に対応する測定値の測定位置が前記第2長さの範囲から外れた場合に、前記第2長さの範囲における最小の受光値を新たに求めて、前記最小の受光値の記憶内容を更新することを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の異物検出装置であって、
前記最小値検出部は、前記第2長さの範囲に新たに入ってくる測定位置で測定された測定値に基づいて求められた受光値が、記憶しておいた前記最小の受光値よりも小さい場合に、前記最小の受光値の記憶内容を更新することを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - 請求項1から4までの何れか一項に記載の異物検出装置であって、
前記受光値検出部は、前記受光値を、当該受光値に対応する測定値の測定位置から所定の第3長さ下流側の範囲において測定された測定値を合計又は平均して求めることを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - 請求項1から5までの何れか一項に記載の異物検出装置であって、
前記判定部は、前記計算部が求めた前記合計値と、所定の閾値と、を比較することで異物の有無を判定することを特徴とする異物検出装置。 - 請求項1から6までの何れか一項に記載の異物検出装置を備えたことを特徴とする繊維機械。
- 走行する糸に光を照射し、前記照射光が前記糸で反射した反射光を受光して受光量を所定の糸長さ間隔ごとに測定する測定工程と、
測定された前記受光量の測定値に基づいて受光値を求める受光値検出工程と、
前記受光値を記憶部に記憶する記憶工程と、
最新の受光値と、前記最新の受光値に対応する測定値の測定位置から前記糸長さ間隔より所定長さ下流側の位置で測定された測定値に基づいて求められて前記記憶部に記憶されている受光値と、の合計値を、前記所定長さの範囲の受光値を除いて求める計算工程と、
前記合計値と所定の閾値とを比較する比較工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする異物検出方法。
