Claims (12)
- 作用領域の磁性粒子に影響を与え及び/又はそれらを検出する方法であって、
磁性粒子を作用領域に導入するステップと、
低い磁界強度を有する第1のサブゾーン及びより高い磁界強度を有する第2のサブゾーンが前記作用領域に形成されるような磁界強度の空間パターンを有する選択磁界を生成するステップと、
前記磁性粒子の前記磁化が局所的に変化するように、駆動磁界によって前記作用領域の前記2つのサブゾーンの空間位置を変えるステップと、
前記第1及び前記第2のサブゾーンの空間位置の変化によって影響を与えられる前記作用領域の前記磁化に依存する信号を取得するステップと、
を含み、前記磁性粒子は、コア領域及び前記コア領域を被覆するシェル領域を有し、前記コア領域は、磁性材料を含み、前記コア領域の前記磁性材料は、比較的高い飽和磁化の主に金属の材料として提供され、前記シェル領域は、主に貴金属材料を含み、前記磁性粒子は、前記シェル領域を少なくとも部分的に囲むコーティング領域を更に有し、前記コーティング領域は、前記磁性粒子の前記環境に適応される、方法。 - コア領域及び前記コア領域を被覆するシェル領域を有する磁性粒子であって、前記コア領域は、磁性材料を含み、前記コア領域の前記磁性材料は、比較的高い飽和磁化の主に金属の材料として提供され、前記シェル領域は、主に貴金属材料を含み、前記磁性粒子は、前記シェル領域を少なくとも部分的に囲むコーティング領域を更に有し、前記コーティング領域は、前記磁性粒子の前記環境に適応される、磁性粒子。
- 前記磁性粒子が、モノドメイン磁性粒子として提供される、請求項2に記載の磁性粒子。
- 前記コア領域の前記磁性材料は、少なくとも約100emu/g(Am2/kg)の、好適には少なくとも約120emu/g(Am2/kg)の、非常に好適には少なくとも約150emu/g(Am2/kg)の、飽和磁化を有する、請求項2に記載の磁性粒子。
- 前記コア領域の前記磁性材料が、前記磁化の異方性を有する、請求項2に記載の磁性粒子。
- 前記磁化異方性は、約1mT乃至約10mT、好適には3mT乃至約5mTのレンジで提供される、請求項5に記載の磁性粒子。
- 約1mT乃至約10mTのレンジの指定される磁化異方性を有し、前記磁化異方性の標準偏差は、1mTより小さく、好適には0.5mTより小さく、最も好適には0.25mTより小さい、請求項5に記載の磁性粒子。
- 前記シェル領域は、主に金属金材料又は金属銀材料を含む、請求項2乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の磁性粒子。
- 前記コーティング領域は、検査領域の1又は複数のターゲット分子に反応する少なくとも1つのターゲティングリガンドを有する、請求項2乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の磁性粒子。
- 前記磁性粒子は、1又は複数のターゲット分子に結合したのち、低下した回転移動度を有し、前記少なくとも1つのターゲッティングリガンドは、好適には生物学的エンティティであり、特にアミノ酸、ポリペプチド又は核酸であり、前記ターゲット分子は、好適には生物学的エンティティであり、特に酵素、核酸又は抗体である、請求項9に記載の磁性粒子。
- 磁性粒子イメージングのための請求項2に記載の磁性粒子の使用。
- 前記コーティング領域は、生体適合性をもち、又は薬学的に除去可能であり、又は前記作用領域におけるターゲット分子と反応する少なくとも1つのリガンドを含むコーティングを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
