Claims (4)
- 運転者のブレーキペダル(12)の操作によりブレーキ液圧を発生するマスタシリンダ(11)と、
車輪を制動するホイールシリンダ(16,17,20,21)と、
前記マスタシリンダ(11)および前記ホイールシリンダ(16,17,20,21)間に配置され、ブレーキペダル(12)の操作に応じて作動する電動モータ(32)によりブレーキ液圧を発生するスレーブシリンダ(23)とを備え、
前記スレーブシリンダ(23)の失陥時には前記マスタシリンダ(11)が発生するブレーキ液圧で前記ホイールシリンダ(16,17,20,21)を作動させるブレーキ装置において、
前記スレーブシリンダ(23)および前記ホイールシリンダ(16,17,20,21)間にブレーキ液を供給するポンプ(64)を配置し、前記スレーブシリンダ(23)の失陥時には、前記ブレーキペダル(12)の操作開始から前記マスタシリンダ(11)がブレーキ液圧を発生するまでの間、前記ポンプ(64)がブレーキ液を前記ホイールシリンダ(16,17,20,21)に供給することを特徴とするブレーキ装置。 - 前記ブレーキペダル(12)は、運転者の踏力を倍力して前記マスタシリンダ(11)に伝達するリンク機構(79,81)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブレーキ装置。
- 前記ブレーキペダル(12)は、前記マスタシリンダ(11)が作動を開始するまでに無効ストロークが設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のブレーキ装置。
- 前記マスタシリンダ(11)に反力許可弁(25)を介して接続されたストロークシミュレータ(26)を備え、前記反力許可弁(25)は前記ポンプ(64)の駆動前に閉弁されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載のブレーキ装置。
