Claims (6)
- 粒子として分散しているフッ化カルシウムが0.5〜25体積%と残部がポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂からなる樹脂摺動部材において、
前記フッ化カルシウムは結晶性を有し、
摺動面に露出している前記フッ化カルシウムの(111)面の強度ピークが(220)面の強度ピークよりも大きくなることを特徴とする樹脂摺動部材。 - 前記樹脂摺動部材は、さらに固体潤滑剤を0.5〜20体積%含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂摺動部材。
- 前記固体潤滑剤は、弗素樹脂、グラファイト、二硫化モリブデンから選択される少なくとも1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の樹脂摺動部材。
- 前記樹脂摺動部材は、さらに無機充填剤を0.5〜20体積%含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の樹脂摺動部材。
- 前記無機充填剤は、硫酸バリウム、リン酸塩化合物、チタン酸カリウム、アルミナ、酸化鉄、カーボンファイバーから選択される少なくとも1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の樹脂摺動部材。
- 前記フッ化カルシウムの平均粒径は、1〜20μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の樹脂摺動部材。
