Description
本発明は、各独立請求項の上位概念に記載の形式の複合フィルム並びに複合フィルムを製造する方法並びに少なくとも1つの前記複合フィルムから成るフィルム結合体を製造する方法に関する。本発明はさらに、複合フィルムを製造する装置に関する。
先行技術を起点とする本発明の課題は、各独立請求項の上位概念の形式の複合フィルム並びに複合フィルムを製造する方法並びに少なくとも1つの複合フィルムから成るフィルム結合体を製造する方法を改良して、包装の内側層として、その他の層に対して最も低い融点を必ずしも有するわけではない材料を使用することができるようにすることである。これにより特に、ポリエチレン(PE)の代わりに選択的なポリマを使用することができる。この課題は、請求項1の特徴を有する複合フィルムにより解決される。このような複合フィルムを製造する方法及び少なくとも1つの本願発明による複合フィルムから成るフィルム結合体を製造する方法は、各従属請求項に記載されている。
Claims (14)
- シール可能な材料から成る少なくとも1つのシール層(12)を有しており、該シール層(12)は、外側層として作用する第1の層(11)に少なくとも間接的に結合されており、前記シール層(12)は前記第1の層(11)よりも低い融点を有していて、前記シール層(12)の、前記第1の層(11)とは反対の側に、前記シール層(12)と作用結合する、内側層(13)として作用する第2の層(13)が配置されており、該第2の層(13)は、前記シール層(12)よりも高い融点を有しており、前記第2の層(13)は、前記シール層(12)によって覆われる少なくとも1つの貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)を有している複合フィルム(10)であって、
前記第2の層(13)に複数の貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)が形成されており、これらの貫通孔が互いに均一な間隔を置いて配置されていて、少なくとも2列の貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)が設けられており、前記両列の間に前記貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)を有さないストリップ状の区域(19)が形成されており、前記貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)の両列は、前記ストリップ状の区域(19)の領域で前記複合フィルム(10)を折り曲げ、折り縁部(18)を形成しながら前記複合フィルム(10)の両区分を互いに対向させる際に、互いに対向させられた両第2の層(13)の前記貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)が互いに重なり合って配置されるように、互いに方向付けられていることを特徴とする複合フィルム。 - 前記第2の層(13)はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)から成っている、請求項1記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記シール層(12)と前記第1の層(11)との間に、バリヤ層として作用する少なくとも1つの第3の層(15)が配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記シール層(12)がポリエチレン(PE)から成っていて、30μm〜100μmの層厚さを有しており、前記第2の層(13)が8μm〜20μmの厚さを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の複合フィルム。
- 前記シール層(12)の層厚さが50μm〜90μmであって、前記第2の層(13)の厚さが12μm〜18μmの厚さを有している、請求項4記載の複合フィルム。
- 食品産業又は食産業における包装(1)のためのものである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の複合フィルム。
- 外側層として作用する第1の層(11)と、シール層(12)と、内側層として作用する第2の層(13)とを互いに面状に結合して、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の複合フィルム(10)を製造する方法であって、前記シール層(12)よりも高い融点を有する前記第2の層(13)に、前記シール層(12)と結合する前に少なくとも1つの貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)を形成し、前記シール層(12)を、少なくとも前記貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)の領域に配置し、これにより前記シール層(12)によって少なくとも1つの前記貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)を覆うことを特徴とする、複合フィルムを製造する方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の複合フィルム(10)を使用して、少なくとも1つの複合フィルム(10)から成るフィルム結合体(1)としての包装を製造する方法であって、少なくとも1つの前記複合フィルム(10)の2つの区分を互いに向かい合うように配置し、熱及び圧力の付与により少なくとも1つのシール層(12)を活性化し、前記両区分の前記シール層(12)を作用結合させ、互いに向かい合いって位置する前記両区分を互いに結合する方法において、
少なくとも1つの前記複合フィルム(10)に熱若しくは圧力を付与することにより、内側層として作用する第2の層(13)の互いに重なるように方向付けられた貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)の領域に、前記シール層(12)の材料を少なくとも押し込み、これにより前記両シール層(12)の前記材料を作用結合させることを特徴とする、少なくとも1つの複合フィルム(10)から成るフィルム結合体(1)としての包装を製造する方法。 - 熱及び圧力の作用下でシールする際に、前記内側層(13)の前記貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)の広がりが拡大し、若しくは前記貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)が破断し、全面的に密な結合を形成する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 唯1つの複合フィルム(10)を使用する場合、該複合フィルム(10)を、前記第2の層(13)における前記貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)を有さないストリップ状の区域(19)の領域で、折り縁部(18)を形成しながら折り、互いに対向させ、これにより前記貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)を互いに整合するように配置する、請求項8又は9記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)を、第2の層(13)に形成する装置(20)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の複合フィルム(10)を製造する装置。
- 前記貫通孔が、互いに均一な間隔を置いて配置された複数の貫通孔(17;17a,17b,17c)である、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記第2の層(13)がポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)から成っている、請求項11又は12記載の装置
- 前記装置(20)がレーザー装置又は打ち抜き装置として形成されている、又は少なくとも1つのナイフを有している、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
