Description
a)モリブデン出発化合物とビスマス出発化合物を含む溶液、懸濁液またはスラリーを、キャリア流体によって反応室に導入すること、
b)モリブデン出発化合物とビスマス出発化合物を含む溶液、懸濁液またはスラリーを、処理域において200〜700℃の温度で脈動流によって熱処理すること、
c)ナノ結晶ビスマス−モリブデン混合酸化物を形成すること、
d)工程b)及びc)で得られたナノ結晶ビスマス−モリブデン混合酸化物を反応室から排出すること。
脈動反応器を用いた調製の重要な利点は、全調製時間の削減、少ない経費(反応器のみが必要とされる)、及び、生成物の乾燥及び処理が不要であるという事実である。物質の望ましいBET表面積、粒子径及び結晶性は、脈動反応器による1工程ごとに異なる。
鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、マンガン、カリウムの硝酸塩を、質量比23.2:47.26:29.28:0.0646:0.2067で、3.5Lの水に溶解させ、攪拌しながら0.1molのSm3+及び2molのHNO3から成る硝酸溶液を添加しつつ、40℃で加熱することによって、溶液Iを製造した。
実験例1の触媒を、7.5体積%のプロピレン(化学グレード)、58体積%の空気、及び不活性ガス(全100体積%)から構成された混合物でコーティングした。総気体流は、36.9L/分であった。加熱キャリアの温度は、365℃であった。プロピレンの変換率は、89.5mol%であり、アクロレイン及びアクリル酸に対する製造物の選択性は、95.3%であった(実験例7及び表1も参照)。
60Lのイオン交換水を、100Lの容器に秤量した。これを、50℃で加熱した。そして、以下の物質を、上記イオン交換水に連続して添加した。
硝酸ニッケル溶液(Ni:12%) : 6599.25 : 緑色
硝酸鉄9水和物 : 1664.68 : 緑色
硝酸亜鉛6水和物 : 1202.67 : 緑色
ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム4水和物: 4344.48 : 黄緑色
60Lのイオン交換水を、100Lの容器に秤量した。これを、50℃で加熱した。そして、以下の化合物を、イオン交換水に連続して添加した。
硝酸ニッケル溶液(Ni:12%) : 6599.25 : 緑色
硝酸鉄9水和物 : 1664.68 : 緑色
硝酸亜鉛6水和物 : 1202.67 : 緑色
ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム4水和物: 4344.48 : 黄緑色

第1液:40Lのイオン交換水を、100Lの容器に秤量した。これを、55℃まで加熱した。そして、以下の物質を、上記イオン交換水に連続して添加した。

硝酸ニッケル溶液 :7108.15: 50 :1.92 : 緑色
(Ni:12%)
硝酸コバルト6水和物:563.93 : 50 :1.84 : 緑色
硝酸カリウム :12.24 :50/30 :1.84 : 緑色
ルドックスAS40 :3638.04: 28 :1.92 : 濃緑色
ヘプタモリブデン酸
アンモニウム4水和物:5131.56: 50 :5.46:無色/緑色を帯びた
硫酸 :280.09 : 50 :5.42:薄緑色
硝酸(65%) :384.6 : 28 : − :無色
硫酸ビスマス5水和物 :1174.09: 25 : − :無色
コーティングを実行するために、流動床コーティング装置を使用した。実験例1〜4で得られた種々のビスマス−モリブデン混合酸化物活性物質を用いて、球状ステアタイトに以下の条件でコーティングした。
高温箇所を避けるために350gの球状ステアタイト(直径4.5mm)で希釈された触媒21gを、24.8mmの内径を有する長さ120cmの反応管内に、105cmの長さまで投入した。その反応管を、500℃の温度まで加熱可能な液体塩浴に入れた。触媒床内に、完全な触媒結合を超える触媒温度を表示可能な、調整された熱伝対を有する3mmの保護管を存在させた。触媒性能データを測定するために、7.5体積%のプロピレン、58体積%の空気、及び窒素(全100体積%)を、最大4500NL/時で触媒上を通過させた。プロピレン変換率及びアクロレイン選択性を、365℃の平均触媒温度に調整し、反応気体の組成を、反応管を出た後に分析した。触媒(実験例6によって製造された)としての実験例1〜4で得られた物質を用いた試験の結果を、表1に示す。
Claims (16)
- 以下の工程、
a)モリブデン出発化合物とビスマス出発化合物を含む溶液、懸濁液またはスラリーを、キャリア流体によって反応室に導入すること、
b)前記モリブデン出発化合物とビスマス出発化合物を含む溶液、懸濁液またはスラリーを、処理域において200〜700℃の温度で脈動流によって熱処理すること、
c)ナノ結晶ビスマス−モリブデン混合酸化物を形成すること、
d)工程b)及びc)で得られたナノ結晶ビスマス−モリブデン混合酸化物を前記反応室から排出すること、
を含み、
前記モリブデン出発化合物としてモリブデン酸塩が用いられ、
前記ビスマス出発化合物としてビスマス塩が用いられるナノ結晶ビスマス−モリブデン混合酸化物の製造方法。 - 前記モリブデン出発化合物が、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム4水和物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ビスマス出発化合物が、硝酸ビスマスであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液、懸濁液またはスラリー中に、ニッケル、鉄、コバルト、マンガン及び/または亜鉛出発化合物から選択される金属含有出発化合物がさらに用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- さらに、前記金属含有出発化合物が、ニッケル、鉄及び/または亜鉛出発化合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア流体が、気体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られ、
1〜50m2/gのBET比表面積を有することを特徴とするナノ結晶ビスマス−モリブデン混合酸化物。 - 結晶径が10nm〜1000nmの範囲に存在することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のナノ結晶ビスマス−モリブデン混合酸化物。
- プロピレンのアクロレイン及び/またはアクリル酸、または、イソブチレンのメタクロレイン及び/またはメタクリル酸への変換のための触媒としての請求項7または8のいずれかに記載されたナノ結晶ビスマス−モリブデン混合酸化物の使用。
- プロピレンのアクロレイン及び/またはアクリル酸、または、イソブチレンのメタクロレイン及び/またはメタクリル酸への変換が1つの段階で行われることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の使用。
- 請求項7または8のいずれかに記載のナノ結晶混合酸化物を含有する、プロピレンのアクロレイン及び/またはアクリル酸、または、イソブチレンのメタクロレイン及び/またはメタクリル酸への変換のための触媒。
- 前記モリブデン混合酸化物が、担体上にコーティングとして存在することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の触媒。
- 結合剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の触媒。
- 請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載された触媒が用いられることを特徴とする、プロリレンのアクロレイン及び/またはアクリル酸、または、イソブチレンのメタクロレイン及び/またはメタクリル酸への変換方法。
- 前記方法を1つの段階で行うことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- プロピレンまたはイソブチレンと、酸素と、窒素との混合物を、300〜600℃で前記触媒の床を通過させることを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の方法。
