Description
コーピングキャップ材料として、ジルコニア系セラミック材料であるビタ・インセラム・ジルコニアブロック・GN−I(ジーシーコーポレーション社製)を使用した。
ジルコニア系セラミック材料として、ナノZR(パナソニックデンタル株式会社製)を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様に、結晶媒体:Nd:YVO4レーザ結晶、平均出力:16W、ピーク出力:28kW、繰り返し周波数:50kHz、パルス幅:16nsec、スポットの重ね量(移動量):10μm、ビームスポット径:30μmの条件で、9.9Wの出力で、2度打ちにより、レーザを照射した。実施例1と同様の分析を行ったところ、いずれの出力においても、同様に、ジルコニア系セラミックスが焼結していることが確認された。また、いずれにおいても、コーピングキャップの表面への金属酸化物の浮きは観察されなかった。
結晶媒体として、Nd:YAGレーザ結晶を用いて、平均出力:100W、ピーク出力:150kW、パルス幅:5msecの条件で、レーザ照射を行ったこと以外は、実施例1と同様に、ジルコニア系セラミックスを半焼結状態でレーザ照射を行った。その結果、金属酸化物が浮き出て、本焼結しなかった。
Claims (5)
- 半焼結状態にあるジルコニア系セラミックスからなるコーピングキャップを所定形状に加工した後、可視領域または近赤外領域の波長で、ピーク出力が16kW以上で、繰り返し周波数を50kHzとしたときのパルス幅が30nsec以下であるレーザを照射することにより、該ジルコニア系セラミックスの少なくとも表面を焼結させる工程を含むことを特徴とする、歯冠修復物の製造方法。
- 半焼結状態にあるジルコニア系セラミックスからなるコーピングキャップを、可視領域または近赤外領域の波長で、ピーク出力が16kW以上であり、繰り返し周波数を50kHzとしたときのパルス幅が30nsec以下であるレーザを照射することにより、所定形状に加工するとともに、該ジルコニア系セラミックスの少なくとも表面を焼結させる工程を含むことを特徴とする、歯冠修復物の製造方法。
- 本焼結された状態にあるジルコニア系セラミックスからなるブロックを、可視領域または近赤外領域の波長で、ピーク出力が16kW以上であり、繰り返し周波数を50kHzとしたときのパルス幅が30nsec以下であるレーザを照射することにより、所定形状のコーピングキャップに加工する工程を含むことを特徴とする、歯冠修復物の製造方法。
- 前記レーザのビームスポット径が25〜35μmであり、スポットの重ね量が8〜12μmであり、複数回の重ね打ちを行いながら、レーザを移動させる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の歯冠修復物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法により得られる歯冠修復物。
