Description

The present invention relates to a worn article and a method for manufacturing the same.

Conventionally, as shown in the following Patent Documents 1 to 3, a worn article manufactured by die cutting and a manufacturing method thereof have been proposed.

In the manufacturing method of Patent Document 1, a lot of useless cut pieces are generated on the web at the time of forming the ear portion, and there is a problem that the material cost becomes high.

Thus, Patent Documents 2 and 3 describe a manufacturing method in which a continuous web is cut into a predetermined shape so that no wasteful cut pieces are generated.

However, in the wearing articles of Patent Documents 2 and 3, the feeling of wearing is not good because the overlapping portion of the waistline member is larger than the absorbing member.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a worn article having a good wearing feeling.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a novel manufacturing method that is less likely to cause waste in a web suitable for manufacturing such a wearing article.

In order to achieve the above object, a wearing article according to the present invention is a disposable wearing article that forms a core part that covers a wearer's crotch and wears a part of a rear trunk that covers a back part of the wearer's trunk. An absorptive member that constitutes part or all of the front torso that covers the front of the torso of the person, an overlapping part that constitutes a part of the back torso and overlaps the absorbent member, and extends around the wearer's waist A waistline member provided with a side portion projecting in the waistline direction from the absorbent member, and the waistline direction of the waistline member as approaching the absorbent member from the first end portion in the waistline direction in the side portion The height in the vertical direction perpendicular to the height gradually increases, and in the overlapping portion, the height in the vertical direction becomes closer to the vicinity of the second end portion in the circumferential direction of the overlapping portion from the center portion in the circumferential direction. Gradually getting smaller In addition, since a protruding portion that protrudes downward in the vertical direction is formed at the second end portion of the overlapping portion, a lower edge line of the waistline member is formed in an M shape in the rear waist. .

Here, if the overlapping portion of the waistline member is large with respect to the absorbent member, the rigidity of the waistline member is large, and the feeling of wear is reduced. Therefore, in the wearing article of the present invention, the waistline member is formed so that the height in the longitudinal direction gradually decreases from the center in the waistline direction toward the vicinity of the second end portion in the waistline direction of the overlapped part in the overlapped portion. By doing so, a waistline member is formed in a moderate size, and a fall of a wearing feeling can be prevented.

Further, according to the wearing article of the present invention, by providing an M-shaped convex part around the waist, sweat around the waist is absorbed, and stuffiness in the diaper is prevented.
In particular, when an elastic member is provided on the convex portion, fine gathers are generated at the waist portion, and the unevenness of the gathers reduces the contact area with the skin and makes it difficult to swell.

On the other hand, if the overlapping part is small in the back, the waist may get cold. In the wearing article of the present invention, the lower edge line of the waistline member is formed in an M shape, so that the central part of the waistline member becomes large, so that the waist can be prevented from getting cold. In addition, in order to prevent a feeling of wear from being lowered and to prevent the waist from cooling effectively, it is preferable to set the protruding portion of the waistline member to a size that covers at least a part of the sacrum.

In a preferred aspect of the present invention, the waistline member is attached to an inner surface of the absorbent member that contacts the skin, and a convex portion that projects downward in the longitudinal direction at the central portion is the inner surface of the absorbent member. Form pockets that are not attached to the surface.
According to this aspect, an air layer is formed between the absorbent member and the waistline member by the pocket, so that the heat retaining property is improved and the lowering of the waist near the sacrum can be prevented.
Moreover, it is possible to prevent the excrement from leaking from around the waist by the pocket.
Furthermore, when the elastic member extending in the waist direction is arranged on the waist member, the contraction force of the elastic member acts on the absorbent member by adopting a configuration in which the convex portion is not attached to the surface of the absorbent member. Can be prevented, and the occurrence of wrinkling and twisting of the absorbent member can be prevented.

In a preferred aspect of the present invention, a tensile thread-like elastic member is disposed along the lower edge of the convex portion, whereby a gather is formed at the lower edge of the convex portion.
According to this aspect, since the convex portion rises and forms a pocket shape due to the gathers and adheres to the skin, the leakage preventing effect of supplementing the excrement in the convex portion is improved, and the excrement does not directly touch the skin. A feeling of wear improves.
