Description
Claims (13)
- 超音波および/または高周波を用いた外科手術装置において、
先端部と基端部を有するシースと、
前記シース内に挿通されるとともに、先端部と基端部を有した軸状のプローブ本体と、
前記プローブ本体の先端部に設けられたプローブ先端部と、
前記シースの先端部に枢支され、前記プローブ先端部と噛合する噛合面を有するジョーと、
を備えた外科手術装置であって、
前記ジョーは、前記プローブ先端部と対応する部分に前記プローブ先端部と対応する形状の溝部が形成され、前記溝部によって前記噛合面が形成されるとともに、前記プローブ先端部との噛合面の先端部に先端チップを有し、
前記先端チップは、前記溝部の溝幅よりも溝幅が小さい狭溝部を有し、
前記プローブ先端部との噛合時に前記狭溝部に前記プローブ先端部を噛合させることを特徴とする外科手術装置。 - 先端部と基端部を有するシースと、
前記シース内に挿通されるとともに、先端部と基端部を有し、超音波が伝達される軸状のプローブ本体と、
前記プローブ本体の先端部に設けられ、バイポーラ電極の一方の第1電極部を形成するプローブ先端部と、
前記シースの先端部に枢支され、前記プローブ先端部と噛合する噛合面を有するとともに、バイポーラ電極の他方の第2電極部を有するジョーと、
を備えた外科手術装置であって、
前記ジョーは、前記プローブ先端部と対応する部分に前記プローブ先端部と対応する形状の溝部が形成され、前記溝部によって前記噛合面が形成されるとともに、前記プローブ先端部との噛合面の先端部に先端チップを有し、
前記先端チップは、前記溝部の溝幅よりも溝幅が小さい狭溝部を有し、
前記プローブ先端部との噛合時に前記狭溝部に前記プローブ先端部を噛合させることを特徴とする外科手術装置。 - 前記ジョーは、前記プローブ先端部との噛合面の先端部全体が前記先端チップによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外科手術装置。
- 前記シースは、前記プローブ本体に対して着脱可能に接続され、
前記プローブ先端部は、前記プローブ本体の軸方向に対して湾曲させた湾曲部を有し、
前記ジョーは、前記プローブ先端部と対応する部分に前記プローブ先端部の前記湾曲部と対応する形状の溝部が形成され、前記溝部によって前記噛合面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外科手術装置。 - 前記ジョーは、前記溝部の底部に前記第1電極部と前記プローブ先端部との間にクリアランスを確保する絶縁体のパッド部材を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の外科手術装置。
- 前記ジョーは、前記プローブ先端部との噛合時に前記プローブ先端部と前記ジョーとの間で挟持された挾持物のすべりを防止するすべり防止部を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の外科手術装置。
- 前記ジョーは、前記溝部の先端部に先端側に向かうにしたがって前記溝部の溝幅が大きくなる末広がりの先端側溝幅変更部を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の外科手術装置。
- 前記ジョーは、前記溝部の基端部に末端側に向かうにしたがって前記溝部の溝幅が大きくなる末広がりの末端側溝幅変更部を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の外科手術装置。
- 前記ジョーは、前記プローブ先端部との噛合面に前記パッド部材の磨耗防止用の磨耗防止部を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の外科手術装置。
- 前記磨耗防止部は、金属パッドを有し、
前記ジョーは、前記金属パッドと前記第1電極部との間に両者間を電気絶縁する電気絶縁体を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の外科手術装置。 - 前記すべり防止部は、前記ジョーの前記第2電極部に形成された波形の歯面であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の外科手術装置。
- 前記すべり防止部は、前記ジョーの前記パッド部材に形成された波形の歯面であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の外科手術装置。
- 前記先端チップは、絶縁体であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外科手術装置。
