Conventionally, there has been known a panel device including a fixing member fixed to a mounting surface such as a ceiling or a wall surface, a diaphragm provided to be supported by the fixing member, and a vibration exciter fixed to the diaphragm. Yes.
Such a panel device is required to be installed in close contact with the mounting surface, but if installed in close contact, vibration propagates to the building frame such as the ceiling and wall surface, and other equipment such as lighting fixtures vibrate. The problem is that it causes noise and noise.

Therefore, countermeasures such as adhering a soft material such as damping rubber between the diaphragm and the fixing member are taken.
For example, the speaker described in Patent Document 1 below is not installed on a ceiling or a wall surface, but a rubber member is inserted into a gap formed between a shelf portion of a front cabinet to which the speaker is attached and a crank portion of the speaker. Are disclosed.

However, what is described in Patent Document 1 is a speaker mounting structure housed in a front cabinet of a panel television.
Therefore, unlike the case where the diaphragm is installed on the ceiling or wall surface and supported by the fixed member, there is no need to consider the load applied to the diaphragm.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a panel device capable of stably supporting a diaphragm with a fixing member while vibrating the diaphragm satisfactorily. The fixing member is provided so as to be fitted into an end portion of the diaphragm and to support the diaphragm, and the fixing member is fitted to an end portion of the diaphragm. A plurality of projecting portions protruding so as to make point contact with the inner surface of the diaphragm in the inserted state are provided, and the diaphragm is supported by the fixing member by pressure contact of the projecting portions.

In the present invention, the protruding portion may be made of the same material as the fixing member and molded integrally with the fixing member.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the protrusion may be made of a rubber material and molded simultaneously with the fixing member.

Since the panel device according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, the diaphragm can be stably supported by the fixing member while the diaphragm is vibrated satisfactorily.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The panel device 10 according to the present embodiment includes a fixing member 1A, 1B that is fixed to the mounting surface 20, a diaphragm 2 that is supported and attached to the fixing member 1A, 1B, and a vibrator that is fixed to the diaphragm 2. 3, the fixing members 1 </ b> A and 1 </ b> B are provided so as to be fitted into the end portions of the diaphragm 2 to support the diaphragm 2, and the fixing members 1 </ b> A and 1 </ b> B include A plurality of protrusions 6A and 6B are provided so as to make point contact with the inner surface 2a of the diaphragm 2 in a state of being fitted into the end of the diaphragm 2, and the diaphragm 2 is pressed against the protrusions 6A and 6B. Is supported by the fixing members 1A and 1B.
The mounting surface 20 to which the fixing members 1A and 1B are fixed can be a ceiling or a wall surface. Here, an example in which the wall surface is the mounting surface 20 will be described. 1 and 2 are all perspective views of the panel device 10 as viewed from the back side.

The panel device 10 is installed vertically along the mounting surface 20 and is formed in a vertically long thin rectangular shape.
The diaphragm 2 configured on the front surface of the panel device 10 is formed of a substantially rectangular thin plate in plan view, and is formed in a frame shape with the back surface and upper and lower end surfaces opened so as to enclose the interior plate 5. .
The front surface of the diaphragm 2 is formed flat, and the left and right end surfaces of the diaphragm 2 are formed to bend so as to cover the corners from the front surface to the end surface of the interior plate 5, and are further bent into a bowl shape therefrom. .
And the notch groove part 2b by which the cover member (not shown) attached after fixing member 1A, 1B is inserted is formed in the longitudinal direction both ends of the end surface of this diaphragm 2 formed by bending (FIG. 3 (a), FIG. 5 (a) etc.).

Inside the diaphragm 2, an interior plate 5 made of a substantially rectangular thin plate in plan view is housed, and the interior plate 5 is mounted so that the fixing members 1 </ b> A and 1 </ b> B are fitted at both longitudinal ends of the diaphragm 2. Spaces 9A and 9B are formed to be secured. The front surface and the left and right end surfaces of the interior plate 5 are covered with the diaphragm 2, and the back plate 4 is disposed on the back surface.
A part of the interior plate 5 shown in the figure is punched through, and the part that is punched through is a vibrator space 50 in which the vibrator 3 fixed to the diaphragm 2 is provided.
Here, an example in which the vibrator space 50 is formed in a substantially square shape is shown, but a circular shape may be used as long as it does not obstruct the installation of the vibrator 3.
Fastening holes 50A and 50B into which fixtures 8A and 8B described later are screwed are formed on the upper and lower end surfaces of the interior plate 5. The configuration of the fastening holes 50A and 50B is formed according to the configuration of the fixtures 8A and 8B. For example, the fastening holes 50A and 50B in which screw grooves are formed may be used so as to be detachable.

The back plate 4 constituting the back surface of the panel device 1 is made of a substantially rectangular thin plate in plan view, and the left and right end portions of the back plate 4 are bent in the front direction, as shown in FIG. As shown, it is attached so as to cover the back surface of the interior plate 5 and the corners on the mounting surface 20 side of the interior plate 5 not covered with the diaphragm 2. A spacer material 9 is formed on the back side of the back plate 4 so as to form a gap d (see an enlarged view of the A and B portions in FIG. 1) between the back plate 4 and the mounting surface 20.
The spacer material 9 may be made of a material having rigidity, but may be made of a damping rubber material that absorbs vibration.
Further, if a double-sided tape or an adhesive is applied to both surfaces of the spacer material 9 so that the back plate 4 and the mounting surface 20 are interposed, not only the adhesion to the back plate 4 but also the adhesion to the mounting surface 20 is achieved. Can also do well.

The fixing members 1A and 1B are provided so as to be fitted into both opposite end portions of the diaphragm 2, specifically, both end portions in the lateral direction. Here, one end portion (upper end portion in the figure) of the diaphragm 2 is provided here. A fixing member that is fitted into the diaphragm 1 is shown as 1A, and a fixing member that is fitted into the other end (lower end in the figure) of the diaphragm 2 is shown as 1B.

First, the fixing member 1 </ b> A that is fitted into one end of the diaphragm 2 will be described.
In FIG. 3A, the fixing member 1A shows the back side, and FIG. 3B shows the front side of the fixing member 1A.
The fixing member 1A is made of a molded body such as a resin material, and is fitted into the mounting space 9A formed at one end of the diaphragm 2 as shown in FIGS.
The fixing member 1A includes a fixing member main body 10A composed of a substantially rectangular plate-like body formed so as to be fitted in the mounting space 9A in accordance with the widthwise dimension of the diaphragm 2, and the back side of the fixing member 10A. And an attachment piece 7A fixed to the attachment surface 20.
3A and 3B, reference numeral 11A denotes a notch groove formed corresponding to the above-described notch groove 2b.
Note that the fixing member 1 </ b> A may be configured to be fitted into both longitudinal ends of the diaphragm 2.

The mounting piece 7A is made of a resin material, a metal material, or the like, and the fixing member main body 10A is formed with a plurality of insertion holes 72 through which the fixing tool 71 for firmly fixing the mounting piece 7A to the fixing member main body 10A is inserted. ing. 3A and 3B show a state in which the fixture 71 has already been inserted and the attachment piece 7A has been attached. An insertion hole 70 through which a fixture (not shown) for fixing to the attachment surface 20 is inserted is formed at the end of the attachment piece 7A.

The dimension of the fixing member main body 10A is formed in accordance with the dimension in the short direction of the diaphragm 2, and a gap d (see the enlarged view of FIG. 1A) between the back side of the back plate 4 and the mounting surface 20. ) Is formed slightly thicker than the thickness of the interior board 5 and the back board 4.
A plurality of protrusions 6A projecting so as to make point contact with the inner surface 2a of the diaphragm 2 are provided on the front surface, both side surfaces, and both end portions (left and right end portions in the illustrated example) of the fixing member main body 10A.
The shape of the protrusion 6A is not particularly limited as long as the diaphragm 2 is supported by the fixing member 1A by the pressure contact of the protrusion 6A. Here, the protruding portion 6A formed in a rounded curved shape is shown (see FIG. 4 and the like).

The protruding portion 6A may be made of the same material as the fixing member main body 1A, and may be molded integrally with the fixing member main body 1A.
In this case, the material can be shared, which is advantageous in terms of cost. When a resin material is used as the material, the protrusion 6A can be easily processed and formed.
However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the protrusion 6A may be made of a rubber material such as vibration damping rubber and may be molded simultaneously with the fixing member main body 1A.
In this case, since the protrusion 6A that makes point contact with the inner surface 2a of the diaphragm 2 is a material that easily absorbs vibration, the transmission of vibration can be further reduced. Also, in terms of manufacturing, simultaneous molding (so-called two-color molding) can facilitate manufacturing. For example, when the protrusion 6A is made of rubber and the fixing member main body 1A is made of a resin material, the protrusion 6A can be firmly fixed and integrated with the fixing member main body 1A by vulcanization adhesion.

10 A of fixing member main bodies are connected and fixed with the interior board 5 with the fixing tool 8A, and 12 A of insertion holes through which the fixing tool 8A is penetrated are formed in the upper part of 10 A of fixing member main bodies. The fixing tool 8A is inserted into the insertion hole 12A and screwed into the fastening hole 50A of the interior board 5. Here, the structure of the fixing tool 8A is not particularly limited. However, if the fixing tool 8A is fixed with a washer 80 as shown in the figure, the fastening property of the fixing tool 8A is improved and the fixing tool 8A is fitted into the mounting space 9A. The inserted fixing member 1A can be more firmly fixed.
By connecting the fixing member main body 10A to the interior plate 5 with the fixture 8A in this manner, the fixing member main body 10A can be prevented from being detached from the mounting space 9A, and the supporting force of the diaphragm 2 can be further improved. .

The location where the protrusion 6A is formed is not particularly limited, and may be anywhere as long as it is in contact with the inner surface 2a of the diaphragm 2. In addition, the support force of the fixing member 1 </ b> A to the diaphragm 2 increases as the number of the members increases. However, if too many protrusions 6A are formed, the vibration of the diaphragm 2 is easily transmitted to the fixing member 1A.
Therefore, it is preferable to form the fixing member main body 10A on the front surface of the fixing member main body 10A with an appropriate interval in the short direction and multiple pieces in the longitudinal direction. That is, it is desirable that the protrusions 6A are provided on the top, bottom, left, and right as appropriate.
In addition, it is preferable that a large number of portions are formed intensively at places where a supporting force is required.
For example, as shown in the figure, if a plurality are formed in a narrow region on the inner surface side of the end face corner portion of the diaphragm 2, and a plurality are also formed near the corner portion in the vicinity thereof (see FIGS. 3A and 3B). The fixing member 1A having a supporting force comparable to that fitted with the fixing member 1A in close contact with the inner surface 2a of the diaphragm 2 can be obtained.

According to the above configuration, the diaphragm 2 and the fixing member 1A are mostly in a portion having a predetermined gap (non-contact state), and the diaphragm 2 and the fixing member 1A are in contact with each other. The part which is carrying out can be only the part in which the projection part 6A is formed. Therefore, even if vibration is transmitted, it can be from only this point contact portion.
Accordingly, since the diaphragm 2 is supported without being in close contact with the fixing member 1A, it is easy to perform parallel movement (piston motion), which is an ideal operation state. Sound quality problems such as inability to secure a range can be solved.
Further, even if the diaphragm 2 and the fixing member 1A come into contact with each other, they are only point-contacted, so that it is possible to reduce a rubbing sound (chattering sound) generated when the diaphragm 2 and the fixing member 1A are in close contact with each other. it can.
Furthermore, since the vibration of the diaphragm 2 is directly transmitted to the mounting surface 10 and thus to the housing, it is possible to suppress the adverse effects caused by the transmission of the vibration.
If a plurality of protrusions 6A are formed in a narrow area on the inner surface side of the end face corner of the diaphragm 2 as described above and further formed in the vicinity of the corner near the protrusion 6A, the load of the vibrator 3 is applied. The diaphragm 2 can be supported stably.

Next, the fixing member 1B fitted into the other end of the diaphragm 2 will be described.
In FIG. 5A, the fixing member 1B shows the back side, and FIG. 5B shows the front side of the fixing member 1B.
The fixing member 1B is made of a molded body such as a resin material, and is fitted into the mounting space 9B formed at the other end of the diaphragm 2 as shown in FIGS.
The fixing member 1B includes a fixing member main body 10B formed of a substantially rectangular plate-like body formed so as to be fitted in the mounting space 9B in accordance with the short dimension of the diaphragm 2, and the fixing member main body 10B. Cap portions 13 and 13 are provided at both ends.
In FIGS. 5A and 5B, reference numeral 13a denotes a notch groove portion formed corresponding to the above-described notch groove portion 2b.
Note that the fixing member 1 </ b> B may be inserted into both ends of the diaphragm 2 in the longitudinal direction.

The dimensions of the fixing member main body 10B are formed in accordance with the dimensions of the diaphragm 2 in the short direction, and are formed to have substantially the same thickness as that of the interior plate 5 and the back plate 4 (part B in FIG. 1). See enlarged view).
A plurality of protrusions 6B projecting so as to make point contact with the inner surface 2a of the diaphragm 2 are provided on the front surface, both side surfaces, and both end portions (left and right end portions in the illustrated example) of the fixing member main body 10B.
The shape of the protrusion 6B is not particularly limited as in the case of the protrusion 6A, but may be a rounded curved shape as shown in the figure (see FIG. 6 and the like).

The protruding portion 6B may be made of the same material as that of the fixing member main body 1B similarly to the protruding portion 6A, and may be molded integrally with the fixing member main body 1B.
Further, the present invention is not limited to this, and the protrusion 6B may also be made of a rubber material such as vibration damping rubber and molded simultaneously with the fixing member main body 1A.
Since the effect in this case is the same as that of the protrusion 6B described above, the description thereof is omitted.

The cap portion 13 is made of a rubber material, a resin material, or the like, and is attached to both end portions (left and right end portions in the example) of the fixing member main body 1B. The cap portion 13 includes a pair of flange portions 13c and 13c formed so as to lock the lower end portion of the diaphragm 2 in a state where the cap portion 13 is fitted into the diaphragm 2. Other portions of the cap portion 13 are formed so as not to be in close contact with the inner surface 2 a of the diaphragm 2. Here, the cap portion 13 may be made of a damping rubber material. In this case, even if the vibration of the diaphragm 2 is transmitted, the vibration can be absorbed.

The fixing member main body 10B and the cap part 13 are connected and fixed to the interior plate 5 by the fixing tools 8B and 8B, and an insertion hole 12B through which the fixing tool 8B is inserted is formed on the upper side of the fixing member main body 10B. Yes. The cap portion 13 is formed with an insertion hole 13b through which the fixture 8B is inserted. Then, the fixture 8A inserted through the insertion hole 12B is screwed into the fastening hole 50B of the interior board 5. Here, the structure of the fixing tool 8B is not particularly limited, but if it is fixed with a washer 80 as shown in the figure, the fastening performance is improved as in the case of the fixing tool 8A. The fixing member 1B fitted in the attachment space 9B can be more firmly fixed.

The point where the protruding portion 6B is formed is not particularly limited, and is the same as the protruding portion 6A described above, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
As shown in the figure, it is preferable that the protrusions 6B are formed on the front surface of the fixing member main body 10B at an appropriate interval in the lateral direction and in a plurality in the longitudinal direction. That is, it is desirable that the protrusions 6B are provided appropriately on the top, bottom, left, and right.
Here, since the cap part 13 is configured not to contact the diaphragm 2 except for the pair of flange parts 13c, an example in which no protrusion is formed on the cap part 13 is shown, but the load applied to the diaphragm 2 is shown. For example, a protrusion may be formed on the cap portion 13 to improve the support force.

According to the above configuration, the diaphragm 2 and the fixing member 1B are mostly in a state having a predetermined gap (non-contact state), and the diaphragm 2 and the fixing member 1B are in contact with each other. The part which is carrying out can be only the part in which the projection part 6B is formed except the collar part 13c of the cap part 13 touching the lower end part of the diaphragm 2. FIG.
Therefore, since the diaphragm 2 is supported without being in close contact with the fixing member 1B, the same effect as the above-described fixing member 1A can be obtained.

Note that the outer shape, configuration, and the like of the panel device 1 are not limited to those described above. For example, the outer shape of the panel device 1 may be a substantially square shape in plan view. Moreover, the attachment direction of the panel apparatus 1 is not limited to the case where it is attached to the attachment surface 20 in a vertically long state as shown in the figure, but may be attached in a horizontally long state. Further, the shapes and configurations of the fixing members 1A and 1B are not limited to the illustrated examples. Here, the fixing members that are fitted into both ends of the diaphragm 2 have different shapes and configurations. Needless to say.
