Description
本発明の課題は、燃料噴射システム作動時のノイズを簡単な手段で極力抑えることのできる、内燃機関の燃料噴射システムの作動方法を提供することである。
Claims (9)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射システム(10)の作動のための方法であって、
燃料が高圧ポンプ(16)から燃料レール(18)に吐出され、吐出される燃料の量が、電磁的な操作装置(34)によって操作される電磁制御弁(30)によって制御され、
電磁的な操作装置(34)に供給される駆動制御信号が、少なくとも2つのパラメータによって定められる方法において、
a)適合化方法ステップにおいて、第2のパラメータを一定値に保持した状態で、電磁的な操作装置(34)に供給される駆動制御信号の少なくとも1つの第1のパラメータを、開始値から、電磁制御弁(30)が辛うじて開くか又はそれ以上開くことのできない時点の最終値まで逐次的に変更し、
b)その後で第1のパラメータを、前記最終値に基づいて特定し、
c)前記特定した第1のパラメータを、燃料噴射システム(10)の少なくとも1つの現下の作動量に基づいて適合化するか、又は第2のパラメータを、燃料噴射システム(10)の少なくとも1つの現下の作動量と前記特定した第1のパラメータに基づいて適合化し、
d)2つのパラメータのうちステップc)において適合化されなかったパラメータを、再度の適合化方法において、開始値から、電磁制御弁(30)が辛うじて開くか又はそれ以上開くことのできない時点の最終値まで逐次的に変更し、その後でこのパラメータを最終値に基づいて求める、
ようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1及び第2のパラメータのうち、一方が保持フェーズ中のデューティー比であり、他方が吸引パルスの持続時間である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記現下の作動量(n)は、
燃料の温度又は燃料噴射システム(10)の噴射量又は電磁的操作装置(34)が少なくとも直接的に接続されている電圧源の電圧である、請求項1又は2記載の方法。 - 前記ステップc)とステップd)を、反復的手法の趣旨で繰返し実施する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ステップa)からc)ないしはステップa)からd)を、内燃機関の回転数が限界回転数を下回っているときにのみ実施するようにした、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 電磁的操作装置(34)に供給される電気的なエネルギーを少なくとも、電磁制御弁(30)の操作プランジャ(48)がストッパー(52)にほぼ当接するような時点で、高める、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法に適用するためにプログラミングされている、コンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法に適用するためのコンピュータプログラムが記憶されている、燃料噴射システム(10)の開ループ/閉ループ制御装置(54)用の電気的な記憶媒体。
- 請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法に適用するためにプログラミングされている、燃料噴射システム(10)のための開ループ/閉ループ制御装置(54)。
