Description
本発明の電池蓋部材は、携帯型電子機器、電気自動車などの動力源電源としての角型の密閉型蓄電池の電池蓋部材として好適である。
Claims (1)
- 金属よりなる電極端子と金属よりなり貫通孔を有する蓋体と樹脂よりなる絶縁部材とを備え、該貫通孔に貫通して配置した該電極端子と該蓋体とをインサート成形により該絶縁部材で接着して一体化した電池蓋部材であって、
前記電極端子は、電極体に接続する平板状の集電端子部と、接続部材へ接続する平板状の外部端子部と、該集電端子部と該外部端子部とを連結する連結部とを、一の円柱状の棒体から塑性加工により一体に形成されてなり、
前記連結部は、少なくとも前記蓋体と直交して前記貫通孔を貫通し上方へ延びる垂直部と、該垂直部の上端から該蓋体の長辺方向に水平に延びる水平部とを有し、
該垂直部の少なくとも前記絶縁部材と接着するシール部は円柱状又は楕円柱状であり、かつ、該水平部は該水平部と前記蓋体との隙間を埋めるように一体に形成された該絶縁部材に接着されていることを特徴とする電池蓋部材。
