Description
Claims (10)
- 分配される材料の量を定量的に測定して家庭用製品を使用する習慣をモニタするためのデバイス(21)であって:
材料をその中で保持するリザーバと;
前記リザーバ内に収められた材料をそこから分配する分配オリフィスと;
リザーバから前記オリフィスを通じて材料を分配する、前記リザーバに対して移動可能な作動装置を有するディスペンサと;
前記ディスペンサに対して固定の部材(22)とを含んでおり;
前記ディスペンサ及び前記固定部材(22)のうちの一方の上に配置されたホール効果センサ(40)と;
前記ディスペンサ及び前記固定部材(22)の他方の上に配置された磁石(42)とを特徴とし、それによって、前記磁石(42)と前記ホール効果センサ(40)との間の相対移動は、前記移動に応答して信号を生成し、前記信号が、前記リザーバから分配された不定量の材料の量と関連付けられていて、様々な位置間の完全又は不完全ストロークを記録するようになっている、家庭用製品を使用する習慣をモニタするためのデバイス(21)。 - 電子的に記憶された関数関係を更に含んでおり、前記関数関係は、前記リザーバから分配される材料の量を示しており、前記材料は、不定量で分配可能である、請求項1に記載のデバイス(21)。
- 前記関数関係は、前記デバイス(21)から遠隔で維持されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のデバイス(21)。
- 前記磁石(42)は、前記移動可能な作動装置上に配置され、前記センサは、前記固定部材(22)上に配置され、前記磁石(42)も前記センサも、材料を分配するユーザから見えないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(21)。
- 前記磁石(42)は、直線経路で移動する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(21)。
- 前記ディスペンサは、手動操作型ポンプを含んでおり、前記作動装置は、前記ポンプに動作可能に関係付けられたトリガ(23)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(21)。
- 前記作動装置は、長手軸の周りで回転可能なダイアル(33)を含んでおり、前記ディスペンサは、更に、前記ダイアル(33)に動作可能に関係付けられた、長手方向に移動可能なピストンを含んでおり、前記磁石(42)は、前記長手軸を囲む、請求項4に記載のデバイス(21)。
- 前記ディスペンサは、大気圧に対して正の圧力を含んでおり、分配されるべき材料を正の圧力下で維持しており、前記作動装置は、前記圧力をかけられた材料を放出するように開放可能な、かつ、前記圧力をかけられた材料に動作可能に関係付けられた弁を含んでおり、前記リザーバは、長手方向に平行な主軸を有しており、前記磁石(42)は、前記長手方向に実質的に平行な方向に移動する、請求項5に記載のデバイス(21)。
- 異なる数の磁石(42)とホール効果センサ(40)とを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(21)。
- 分配される材料の量を定量的に測定して家庭用製品を使用する習慣をモニタするための方法であって、前記方法のデバイス(21)は:
作動装置をリザーバに対して移動させることによって、材料をその中で保持する前記リザーバからオリフィスを通じて不定量の材料を分配し、それによって、前記移動に応答してホール効果センサ(40)と磁石(42)との間で信号を生成させる工程を含んでおり;
前記作動装置の移動によって、前記移動を前記リザーバから分配された材料の量と関連付けられていて、様々な位置間の完全又は不完全ストロークを記録することを特徴とする、家庭用製品を使用する習慣をモニタするための方法。
