Claims (6)
- 磁石粉と樹脂結合材との混合材を成型した後に前記樹脂結合材を熱で硬化させて形成された圧縮成型ボンド磁石である磁石本体と、
前記樹脂結合材の硬化後に前記磁石本体の表面に形成された紫外線硬化樹脂層と、を備えた磁石。 - 前記磁石本体は、希土類磁石である、請求項1の磁石。
- 前記磁石本体は、ネオジム磁石である、請求項1又は2の磁石。
- 前記磁石本体は、多孔質状である、請求項1乃至3の何れかの磁石。
- 磁石粉と樹脂結合材との混合材を成型し、
その後に前記樹脂結合材を熱で硬化させて形成された圧縮成型ボンド磁石を磁石本体として成型し、
前記磁石本体に紫外線硬化樹脂を塗布し、
前記紫外線硬化樹脂に紫外線を照射する、磁石の製造方法。 - 前記磁石本体を回転させながら前記紫外線硬化樹脂に紫外線を照射する、請求項5の磁石の製造方法。
