Description
Claims (18)
- 筐体、プランジャーを備えた針付きの注射器、および前記針付きの注射器を前記筐体内で第1の方向に動かして、前記注射器の針を前記筐体を越えて伸展し、前記プランジャーを前進させて注入のために注射器内容物を前記針を通して押し出し、そして注入後に前記針を前記筐体内に後退させるための複数の付勢要素を有する自動注入装置における、遅延機構であって、
前記注射器のためのシャトルであって、第1のラッチ要素を含む、シャトルと、
第2のラッチ要素とカム作用可能な表面とを含む追随部分であって、前記第2のラッチ要素は、前記第1のラッチ要素と協働して、前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向における前記追随部分に対する前記シャトルの動きを制限するためのものである追随部分と、
注入の間、注射器プランジャーとの係合によって前記筐体内でロック位置から解放位置へと可動式であるロック部材であって、前記ロック部材は、前記ロック位置にあるとき、前記シャトルに対する前記追随部分の回転を防止し、前記ロック部材は、前記解放位置にあるとき、前記シャトルに対する前記追随部分の回転を許容するロック部材と、
前記シャトルに対する前記追随部分の回転を減衰するための、前記追随部分と支持表面との間の減衰性化合物と、
前記シャトルに対して回転不可能に固定され、かつカム作用表面を備える伝達機構と、
伝達機構付勢要素であって、前記伝達機構付勢要素は、前記ロック部材が前記解放位置へと動くとき、前記伝達機構を第1の位置から第2の位置へと押し、それによって前記伝達機構が前記第2の位置へと動く間、前記伝達機構のカム作用表面は前記追随部分のカム作用可能な表面と係合して前記追随部分を、前記第1および第2のラッチ要素が協働する留め金を掛けた位置から、前記第2のラッチ要素が前記第1のラッチ要素から係合が外れ、注入後に前記注射器の針を前記筐体の中へと後退させるための前記シャトルの動きを許容する留め金を外した解除位置へと、前記シャトルに対して回転させるためのものである、伝達機構付勢要素と、
を備える遅延機構。 - 前記第2のラッチ要素が突き出るタブを備え、かつ前記第1のラッチ要素が、前記シャトルに形成されたタブの通路の一部分を備える、請求項1に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記タブの通路がL字型スロットを備え、前記第1のラッチ要素を形成する前記タブの通路部分が前記第1の方向の横方向に配向したスロット部分を備える、請求項2に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記伝達機構付勢要素が、前記伝達機構と前記シャトルとの間に動作可能に配され、これにより前記伝達機構付勢要素が、注入後に前記針を前記筐体の中へと後退させるために前記注射器を運ぶための付勢力を前記シャトルに対して提供する、請求項1に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記伝達機構および前記追随部分が、前記シャトルの周りに各々同心円状に配置された管状の胴体を備える、請求項1に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記支持表面が、前記装置筐体に対して回転不可能に固定されたカラーの半径方向に内側の表面を含む、請求項1に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記シャトルおよび前記伝達機構が、前記筐体に対して軸方向に移動可能であり、かつ回転不可能に固定されているように、各々、前記装置筐体にキー溝が設けられている、請求項1に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記ロック部材が、前記シャトルにある少なくとも1つのスロット内に嵌合して前記ロック部材および前記シャトルを一緒に回転不可能に固定する少なくとも1つのキーを備え、かつ前記ロック位置にあるとき、前記少なくとも1つのキーが、前記追随部分の少なくとも1つのノッチ内に嵌合して前記ロック部材および前記追随部分を一緒に回転不可能に固定する、請求項1に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記追随部分および前記少なくとも1つのキーが、前記ロック部材の時期尚早の動きを阻止するための、解放可能な連結構成を備える、請求項8に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記カム作用表面および前記カム作用可能な表面が、傾斜した形状の突起の直接係合面を含む、請求項1に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記シャトルが、前記針付きの注射器を前記第1の方向に動かして、前記プランジャーを前進させる付勢要素が作用する支持部分を備える、請求項1に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記ロック部材が、前記追随部分と一体的に形成され、かつ注入の間、前記注射器プランジャーとの係合によって、前記筐体内でロック位置から解放位置へと半径方向に移動可能である少なくとも1つの屈曲部を備える、請求項1に記載の遅延機構。
- さらに、前記装置からのキャップの取り外しの間、前記シャトルが前記追随部分に対して第1の留め金を掛けた位置から第2の留め金を掛けた位置へと軸方向に移動することを許容するための手段であって、前記第1の留め金を掛けた位置において、前記シャトルは引き金ロックアセンブリと協働して装置が発射されるのを防止し、かつ前記第2の留め金を掛けた位置において、前記シャトルは装置が発射されることを許容する前記引き金ロックアセンブリの動きを許容する手段を含む、請求項1に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記シャトルが前記追随部分に対して第1の留め金を掛けた位置から第2の留め金を掛けた位置へと軸方向に移動することを許容するための手段が、半径方向の突起を含む複数のシャトル移動アームを備え、前記突起は、前記複数のシャトル移動アームが注射器運搬装置によって半径方向に支えられるときに、前記追随部分に提供される狭い横桟と留め金を掛ける、請求項13に記載の遅延機構。
- 自動注入装置における遅延機構であって、
前記装置の針付きの注射器のためのシャトルと、
可動式部材と、
針後退方向における前記シャトルの動きを制限するための手段と、
前記シャトルに対する前記可動式部材の回転の動きを減衰するための手段と、
注入後に前記注射器の前記針を前記装置内に後退させるための前記シャトルの動きを許容するために、前記シャトルに対して、前記可動式部材を第1の位置から第2の位置へと回転させるための手段と、
を備える遅延機構。 - 前記可動式部材を回転させるための手段が、前記針付きの注射器のプランジャーから延在する少なくとも1つの弾力性のあるフィンガーと、可動式部材の回転を駆動するために、前記少なくとも1つの弾力性のあるフィンガーを真っ直ぐにして、次いで解放するための前記シャトル上にある真っ直ぐにするための要素と、を含む、請求項15に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記可動式部材を回転させるための手段が、前記可動式部材上のカム作用可能な表面と、前記シャトルに対して回転不可能に固定されかつカム作用表面を含む伝達機構と、前記カム作用表面による前記カム作用可能な表面の直接の駆動的係合により、前記伝達機構を軸方向に移動させかつ前記可動式部材を回転させるための付勢要素と、を備える、請求項15に記載の遅延機構。
- 前記シャトルが、前記針付きの注射器を注入のために前進させる付勢要素を支持するように保持し、これによって前記針を後退させるための前記シャトルの付勢が、前記針付きの注射器を前進させる前記付勢要素によって抵抗されない、請求項15に記載の遅延機構。
