Claims (8)
- 底部(78)に隣接する空気入口(130)及び上部(160)に隣接する排気口(168)を有し、且つ、その間に内部チャンバ(80)を形成するハウジング(70)と、
前記ハウジング(70)の前記上部に隣接し支持される加熱可能なホットプレート(32)と、
前記ハウジング(70)の前記内部チャンバ(80)内の電気的変圧器(60)及び作動スイッチ(52、56、または58)と、
前記ハウジング(70)の前記内部チャンバ(80)内にあり、且つ、前記作動スイッチ(52、56、または58)と熱的に連通するヒートシンク(90)と、
を備え、
前記変圧器(60)及び前記ヒートシンク(90)は、自然対流空気経路によって、空気を、前記空気入口(130)から、前記変圧器(60)、前記ヒートシンク(90)を通じ、且つ、前記排気口(168)の外に運ぶように位置決めされており、
前記変圧器(60)はトロイダル変圧器とされ、且つ、前記自然対流空気路が前記トロイダル変圧器の開口部(84)を通じて延在するように位置決めされており、
前記空気入口(130)から前記トロイダル変圧器(60)の前記開口部(84)内に延在する中空突出部(140)を更に備える、
ヒータユニット。 - 前記ヒートシンク(90)は、前記ヒータユニットに前記トロイダル変圧器の上部で固定される請求項1に記載のヒータユニット。
- 前記変圧器(60)の一方側は前記ハウジング(70)の所定の面(94)に対面して位置し、且つ、前記ヒートシンク(90)は前記変圧器(60)の反対側に対面して前記ハウジング(160)に固定される請求項1または2に記載のヒータユニット。
- 前記ヒートシンク(90)は、該ヒートシンク(90)に通じた空気流路(126)を形成する複数のフィン(108)を含む請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のヒータユニット。
- 前記排気口(168)に連通している通気チャンバ(184)を更に備える請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のヒータユニット。
- 前記通気チャンバ(184)及び排気口(168)は、前記排気口を出る空気の迂回流出路を形成するように協働する請求項5に記載のヒータユニット。
- 前記通気チャンバ(184)は、前記ホットプレート(32)を略囲繞する関係で延在する請求項5または請求項6に記載のヒータユニット。
- 前記排気口(168)は前記通気チャンバ(184)内に延在する請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のヒータユニット。
