Claims (12)
- 対象部位に向けた穿刺方向に穿刺要素を移動させて上記対象部位を上記穿刺要素により突き刺すための穿刺装置であって、
上記穿刺方向および上記穿刺方向とは反対方向である退避方向に移動可能な第1部材と、
上記穿刺要素を保持するものであり、かつ上記穿刺方向および上記退避方向に移動可能な第2部材と、
上記穿刺方向に直交する軸の周りに回転可能に支持され、上記第1部材の移動により回転運動させられるものであり、上記第1部材に係合部材を介して係合し、かつ、上記第2部材に係合して、回転運動により上記第2部材を上記穿刺方向および上記退避方向に移動させるための第3部材と、
を備えており、
上記第1部材が上記退避方向の停止点から上記穿刺方向の停止点まで1回移動する間に、上記第3部材は1回往復揺動して、上記第2部材は上記穿刺方向へ移動したのち上記退避方向へ移動し、
上記係合部材の上記第3部材と係合する位置を変えて、上記第3部材の回転角度を規制することにより上記穿刺要素による上記対象部位への突き刺し深さを調整するための穿刺深さ調整機構をさらに備えている、穿刺装置。 - 上記穿刺深さ調整機構は、上記第3部材に係合させるための係合部を有し、かつ上記第3部材における上記係合部の係合位置を変位させるための変位部材と、を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記穿刺深さ調整機構は、上記変位部材の位置を調整するための操作部材をさらに含んでいる、請求項2に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記穿刺深さ調整機構は、上記変位部材および上記操作部材のうちの一方に設けられた凸部と他方に設けられた凹部とを含んでおり、
上記凸部と上記凹部は互いに係合しているとともに相対位置が変化可能とされている、請求項3に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記操作部材は、回転操作によって上記変位部材の位置を調整するものである、請求項3に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記操作部材の操作量に対する上記変位部材の移動量が非線形の関係にある、請求項3に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記変位部材は、上記第3部材における上記係合部の係合位置を、上記穿刺および退避方向に変位させるものである、請求項2に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記第3部材は、位置固定された回転軸と、上記回転軸を中心として回転可能であり、かつ上記第3部材の回転運動に対して上記第2部材を従動させるための可動部と、上記係合部の位置変位を許容する孔部と、を含んでいる、請求項2に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記第1部材は、上記穿刺および退避方向に対して傾斜した傾斜部を有する凹部を有しており、
上記係合部は、上記第1部材に対して上記凹部において係合している、請求項2に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記傾斜部は、互いに傾斜方向の異なるとともに一連に繋がる第1および第2の傾斜部を含む屈曲部であり、
上記凹部は、上記穿刺および退避方向に延びるとともに上記屈曲部の両端部を繋ぐ直線部をさらに有している、請求項9に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記第1部材、上記第2部材および上記第3部材を収容するためのハウジングをさらに備えており、
上記第1部材は、上記ハウジングに対して相対的に上記退避方向に移動させられることにより上記ハウジングに係合され、かつラッチを解除することにより上記第2部材を上記穿刺方向に移動させるものであり、
上記係合部は、上記第1部材が上記ハウジングに対して相対的に上記退避方向に移動させられるときに上記直線部を移動する、請求項10に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記第1部材、上記第2部材および上記第3部材を収容するためのハウジングをさらに備えており、
上記穿刺要素をケースに保持させた状態で上記ハウジングに装着したときに上記穿刺要素が上記第2部材に保持される一方で、上記ハウジングから上記ケースを取り外したときに上記第2部材から上記穿刺要素が取り外されるとともに、上記ケースから上記穿刺要素の先端が突出しないように上記ケースによって拘束される、請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
