Description
該第一の枠部材の該接合端面を加熱板の片面に当接せしめると共に、該第二の枠部材の該接合端面を該加熱板の他面に当接せしめて、該第一の枠部材の該接合端面と該第二の枠部材の該接合端面とを加熱溶融する加熱工程と、
該加熱工程の後に、該第一の枠部材の加熱された該接合端面と該第二の枠部材の接合端面とを相互に押付けて接合する押付工程と、
を含む接合方法において、
更に、該加熱工程の後で且つ該押付工程の前に、該第一の枠部材の該接合端面を該加熱板の該片面から離隔せしめると共に、該第二の枠部材の該接合端面を該加熱板の該他面から離隔せしめ、次いで該第一の枠部材の所定表面に沿って第一の規制部材を該接合端面に向けて相対的に移動せしめて該接合端面を超えて突出せしめ、これによって該接合端面から該所定表面を超えて張り出した溶融バリを切除すると共に、該第二の枠部材の所定表面に沿って第二の規制部材を該接合端面に向けて相対的に移動せしめて該接合端面を超えて突出せしめ、これによって該接合端面から該所定表面を超えて張り出した溶融バリを切除するバリ切除工程を含む、ことを特徴とする接合方法が提供される。

Claims (6)
- 合成樹脂製の第一の枠部材の接合端面と合成樹脂製の第二の枠部材の接合端面とを接合する接合方法にして、
該第一の枠部材の該接合端面を加熱板の片面に当接せしめると共に、該第二の枠部材の該接合端面を該加熱板の他面に当接せしめて、該第一の枠部材の該接合端面と該第二の枠部材の該接合端面とを加熱溶融する加熱工程と、
該加熱工程の後に、該第一の枠部材の加熱された該接合端面と該第二の枠部材の接合端面とを相互に押付けて接合する押付工程と、
を含む接合方法において、
更に、該加熱工程の後で且つ該押付工程の前に、該第一の枠部材の該接合端面を該加熱板の該片面から離隔せしめると共に、該第二の枠部材の該接合端面を該加熱板の該他面から離隔せしめ、次いで該第一の枠部材の所定表面に沿って第一の規制部材を該接合端面に向けて相対的に移動せしめて該接合端面を超えて突出せしめ、これによって該接合端面から該所定表面を超えて張り出した溶融バリを切除すると共に、該第二の枠部材の所定表面に沿って第二の規制部材を該接合端面に向けて相対的に移動せしめて該接合端面を超えて突出せしめ、これによって該接合端面から該所定表面を超えて張り出した溶融バリを切除するバリ切除工程を含む、ことを特徴とする接合方法。 - 該第一の規制部材は該第一の枠部材の該所定表面に沿って延在する鋭い切断前縁及び該切断前縁から後方に向かって該所定表面から離れる方向に傾斜して延びる後退面を有し、該第二の規制部材も該第二の枠部材の該所定表面に沿って延在する鋭い切断前縁及び該切断前縁から後方に向かって該所定表面から離れる方向に傾斜して延びる後退面を有する、請求項1記載の接合方法。
- 該第一の規制部材の該切断前縁は該第一の枠部材の該接合端面に平行に延在し、該第二の規制部材の該切断前縁も該第二の枠部材の該接合端面に平行に延在し、該押付工程においては、該第一の枠部材の加熱された該接合端面と該第二の枠部材の加熱された該接合端面とを相互に押付けるのに先立って、該第一の規制部材の該切断前縁と該第二の規制部材の該切断前縁とを近接乃至当接せしめ、これによって該押付工程において該第一の枠部材の該所定表面及び該第二の枠部材の該所定表面を超えて溶融バリが張り出すのを回避する、請求項2記載の接合方法。
- 該押付工程において、該第一の規制部材の該切断前縁と該第二の規制部材の該切断前縁とは0.05乃至0.15mmの間隙をおいて近接せしめられる、請求項3記載の接合方法。
- 該第一の規制部材は該第一の枠部材の該接合端面と平行に延在し且つ該切断前縁よりも前方に位置する当接面を有し、該第二の規制部材も該第二の枠部材の該接合端面と平行に延在し且つ該切断前縁よりも前方に位置する当接面を有し、該押付工程において該第一の規制部材の該当接面と該第二の規制部材の該当接面とが当接せしめられることによって該第一の規制部材の該切断前縁と該第二の規制部材の該切断前縁とが近接した状態にせしめられる、請求項3又は4記載の接合方法。
- 該第一の規制部材の該後退面は該第一の枠部材の該所定表面に対して20乃至40度の傾斜角度を有し、該第二の規制部材の該後退面も該第二の枠部材の該所定表面に対して20乃至40度の傾斜角度を有する、請求項2から5までのいずれかに記載の接合方法。
