Claims (8)
- 鋼から熱間加工管、特に中空素管を製造するための加工プロセスを監視するための方法であって、加熱された鋼塊からクロスローリングミルによって、穿孔マンドレルとマンドレルバーとからなる内部工具を用いて中空素管が製造され、前記クロスローリングミルによって鋼塊がつかまれると、この鋼塊が、前記クロスローリングミル内を定置の内部工具を介して、螺旋状に輸送され、前記クロスローリングミルから進出直後に、前記中空素管の外表面から発散される熱放射が位置分解式に検出され、かつ基準値と比較してプロセス状態の判定に利用されるものにおいて、前記中空素管の少なくとも1つの限定された外表面区域の熱放射が時間分解式に完全にサーモグラフで検出され、検出された熱像が、同じ鋼等級および同じ呼び寸法の加工済み中空素管のそれぞれ同じ測定個所での基準像と比較され、基準物体の同じ測定個所での熱像と比較して前記中空素管の特定測定個所で発生する重大な熱像偏差がプロセス状態の判定に利用され、さらに検出された熱像から付加的に中空素管の肉厚偏差が確認され、実際の放出率を考慮して熱像から温度が導き出され、かつ同じ鋼等級、同じ呼び寸法、周面および長さにわたって既知の肉厚分布を有する加工済み中空素管の基準像からそれぞれ同じ測定個所で確認された温度と比較され、確認された温度が中空素管の特定測定個所で基準物体の同じ測定個所での基準温度と比較して偏差を生じると、この偏差が測定個所における相応する肉厚変化に割り当てられ、かつプロセス安定性の判定に利用されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記中空素管の螺旋状に延びる母線に沿った熱放射が位置および時間分解式に周期的にサーモグラフで検出されて評価されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 位置および時間分解のために、検出された熱像が、個々に評価可能な画素で表示されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記クロスローリングミルから進出直後に、前記中空素管の完全1回転を含む少なくとも1つの外表面区域で前記中空素管の外表面から発散される熱放射が、位置および時間分解式に、螺旋状に前進するそれぞれ同じ測定個所で、時間間隔を置いてサーモグラフで少なくとも2回検出され、検出された各熱像から、位置および時間分解された温度が導き出され、この温度が前記中空素管の周面および長さにわたる実際の肉厚分布に変換され、かつ対応する基準物体の同じ測定個所での肉厚または目標設定値と比較されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 同じ鋼等級および呼び寸法の基準物体で確認された多数の肉厚分布から肉厚偏差の許容範囲が確定され、圧延過程中の中空素管の確認された肉厚偏差がこの許容範囲を上まわると信号が発生されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記中空素管の測定個所に信号を割り当てることによって、加工プロセス中に許容範囲上まわりをもたらす事象との関連付けが実現されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 加工された中空素管についてそれぞれ確認された信号と事象との割当てが、同じ鋼等級および呼び寸法の各基準物体用のデータバンクに格納され、特定測定個所で肉厚偏差許容限界を上まわると、許容限界上まわりをもたらす事象が表示され、かつ加工プロセス用制御量として利用されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法を実施するための装置において、中空素管(4)の表面から発散される熱放射を検出し評価するために、中空素管(4)の表面に固定式に向けられて熱カメラ(1)と光学要素(2)とからなる熱像カメラ(3)と、これと結合されてデータバンクを含む評価ユニットとが利用されるようになっていることを特徴とする装置。
