Claims (7)
- レーザ加工ヘッド(4)であって、レーザ加工機(1)のビームガイドに対応配置されたハウジング領域(17)と、数ミリバールの圧力下にあるレーザ加工部に対応配置されたハウジング領域(18)とを備えている形式のものにおいて、
レーザビーム(23)のための開口絞り(25)が、2つのハウジング領域(17,18)間の分離装置として設けられており、前記ビームガイドが掃気ガスによって、前記レーザ加工部内の圧力よりもやや高い圧力で掃気され、それによって、ビームガイドに対応配置されたハウジング領域(17)内に、レーザ加工部に対応配置されたハウジング領域(18)内と比較してやや高い超過圧力が形成されるようになっており、
レーザ加工部に対応配置されたハウジング領域(18)が、作業焦点において切断ガスの圧力を形成するための環状ギャップノズル(31)を有しており、
逆流する切断ガスを流出させるために、環状ギャップノズル(31)と開口絞り(25)との間に開口(32)が形成されていることを特徴とする、レーザ加工ヘッド。 - レーザビーム(23)を偏向させて、中間焦点(28)を生ぜしめるための第1のミラー(19)と、前記中間焦点(28)から発散するレーザビーム(23)を方向(24)に偏向させて作業焦点に結像させるための第2のミラー(20)とが設けられていて、開口絞り(25)が中間焦点(28)の近傍に配置されている、請求項1記載のレーザ加工ヘッド。
- 第1のミラーが放物面鏡(19)であって、第2のミラーが楕円面鏡(20)である、請求項1記載のレーザ加工ヘッド。
- 開口絞り(25)が冷却可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のレーザ加工ヘッド。
- 冷却体(33)が開口絞り(25)内に挿入されている、請求項4記載のレーザ加工ヘッド。
- 開口絞り(25)に圧力センサが配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のレーザ加工ヘッド。
- 前記ミラー(19,20)が冷却可能である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のレーザ加工ヘッド。
