Description
Claims (12)
- 受信端末(30)から送信端末(20)へステータス報告を送信するための方法であって、
前記受信端末(30)により、上位レイヤプロトコルに従ってステータス報告を生成するステップと、
前記ステータス報告データユニットを、下位レイヤプロトコルの1つ以上のデータユニットで前記受信端末(30)から前記送信端末(20)へ送信するステップと、
前記下位レイヤデータユニットの1つ以上の送信が失敗したことを示す失敗通知を前記上位レイヤプロトコルに提供するステップと、
前記失敗通知に応答して、前記受信端末(30)において更新されたステータス報告を生成し、前記更新されたステータス報告を前記受信端末(30)から前記送信端末(20)に送信するステップと、を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 元のステータス報告がポーリング要求に応答して送信された場合には、前記更新されたステータス報告が生成されないか送信されないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記失敗通知に応答してステータス禁止タイマを停止させるステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記上位レイヤプロトコルは無線リンク制御プロトコルを含み、前記下位レイヤプロトコルはメディアアクセス制御プロトコルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 基地局と通信中のユーザ端末によって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ユーザ端末と通信中の基地局によって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 通信端末(100)であって、
送受信機(110)と、
プロセッサ(120)とを有し、
前記プロセッサ(120)が、
上位レイヤプロトコルに従ってステータス報告データユニットを生成し、
前記ステータス報告データユニットを、下位レイヤプロトコルに従ってフォーマットされた1つ以上のデータユニットで受信端末(30)から送信端末(20)へ送信し、
前記下位レイヤデータユニット1つ以上の送信が失敗したことを示す失敗通知を前記上位レイヤプロトコルに提供し、
前記失敗通知に応答して、更新されたステータス報告を生成し、前記更新されたステータス報告を前記受信端末(30)から前記送信端末(20)に送信する、ように構成されることを特徴とする通信端末(100)。 - 前記元のステータス報告がポーリング要求に応答して送信された場合、前記プロセッサが、前記更新されたステータス報告を生成しないか送信しないことを特徴とする請求項7記載の通信端末(100)。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記通知に応答して禁止ステータスタイマを停止するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8記載の通信端末(100)。
- 前記上位レイヤプロトコルは無線リンク制御プロトコルを含み、前記下位レイヤプロトコルはメディアアクセス制御プロトコルを含むことを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の通信端末(100)。
- ユーザ端末を有することを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の通信端末(100)。
- 基地局を有することを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の通信端末(100)。
