以下、本発明の実施形態としての金属パイプの構造について図1及び2を用いて説明する。図1は、本発明の実施形態としての金属パイプの構造を示す斜視図である。図1では、説明の便宜のために、X軸、Y軸、Z軸の各座標が破線で示されている。
以下、上述した本実施形態としての無線タグの付された金属パイプの作用及び効果について述べる。
上述したように、本実施形態としての無線タグの取り付けらた金属パイプ10を用いれば、無線タグ管理システムにおいて適切に管理されることができる。但し、金属パイプ10は、管理対象であるため、その長さ等を制限することはできない。以下、管理対象となる金属パイプを本実施形態としての金属パイプ10として作用させるための調整手法又は管理手法について説明する。
上述の本発明の実施形態における金属パイプ10に取り付けられる無線タグは、図2に示されるように、ダイポールを形成するC字状の導体パターン21とループ状の導体パターン22とを有していたが、導体パターン21のみで構成されるようにしてもよい。上述するように、導体パターン21は、給電回路としても整合回路としても動作し得るからである。この場合には、導体パターン21の長さ等によりアンテナとしての金属パイプ10とICチップ23とのインピーダンス整合を取るように形成する。
Claims (4)
- 無線タグにより管理される金属パイプであって、
長手方向に所定の長さを持つスロットが空けられ、
内側に、前記スロットに給電する給電部とこの給電部に接続されるIC(Integrated Circuit)チップとを有する無線タグであって、前記給電部が、ダイポールを形成する導体パターンを有し、この導体パターンの長さを調整することにより前記金属パイプと前記ICチップとのインピーダンス整合を取る整合機能を有する無線タグが取り付けられる、
ことにより前記無線タグのアンテナとして機能する金属パイプ。 - 無線タグにより管理される金属パイプであって、
長手方向に所定の長さを持つスロットが空けられ、
内側に、前記スロットに給電する給電部とこの給電部に接続されるIC(Integrated Circuit)チップとを有する無線タグであって、前記ICチップと並列に接続されるループ状の導体パターンを含みこのループ状の導体パターンにより前記金属パイプと前記ICチップとのインピーダンス整合を取る整合部を有する無線タグが取り付けられる、
ことにより前記無線タグのアンテナとして機能する金属パイプ。 - 前記スロットを封止する絶縁部材を更に備える請求項1又は2に記載の金属パイプ。
- 前記無線タグが絶縁部材により覆われた状態で内側に取り付けられる請求項1又は2に記載に金属パイプ。
