Claims (15)
- 制御弁内でプラグの外側表面をケージの内壁に対してシールするためのシール・カートリッジ(130;230)であって、

使用に際して流体加圧力が前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング上面に加えられる方向を上方向としたときに下向きに配設される少なくとも1つの上面(154;254)であって、前記第1の前方シーリング面(150;250)と前記裏面(156;256)との間に配設される上面と、
前記上方向に対して上向きに配設される、少なくとも1つの下面(158;258)とを含む柔軟性のあるシール・リングを含むシール・カートリッジにおいて、
前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング(131;231)が、前記下向きに配設される下面と前記第1の前方シーリング面との間に、前記上方向に対して上向きに配設される第2の前方シーリング面(160;260)をさらに備えること、および、
前記シール・カートリッジが、前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング(131;231)に隣接して配設される上側保持リング(133;233)をさらに備え、前記上側保持リングが、
前記上方向に対して下向きに、および前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング(131;231)の下向きに配設される上面(154;254)に近接して配設される少なくとも1つの下面(162)を含み、
前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング(131;231)の前記少なくとも1つの上面(154;254)が、前記上側保持リングの前記少なくとも1つの下向きに配設される下面(162)から曲がって離れており、
前記シール・カートリッジが、前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング(131;231)に隣接して配設される下側保持リング(135;235)を含み、前記下側保持リングが、
前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング(131;231)の下向きに配設される下面(158;258)に近接して配置される少なくとも1つの上面(170)を含み、
前記下側保持リング(135;235)の前記少なくとも1つの上面(170)の一部が、前記柔軟性のあるシール・リングの前記下面(158;258)から曲がって離れており、
前記下側保持リング(135;235)が前記シール・リングの少なくとも1つの上向きに配設される第2の前方シーリング面(160;260)と接触する上側リップ(136)を含む
ことを特徴とするシール・カートリッジ。 - 前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング(131;231)の曲げが、前記シール・リングの円周軸(Ac)周りの前記シール・リングの軸転運動を含む、請求項1に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング(131;231)がポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)を含む、請求項1に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング(131;231)が黒鉛を含む、請求項1に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記上側保持リング(133;233)が、編まれた長ストランド炭素繊維を含む、請求項1に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記シール・カートリッジ(130)が、前記ケージ(116)の前記壁内のシール溝(138)内に配設されるように構成され、前記柔軟性のあるシール・リングの前記第2の前方シーリング面が、前記プラグに向かって曲がるようになされている、請求項1に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記プラグ(115)に向かって配設される前記第1の下側保持リング(135)の一部分(140)内の凹部内に配設される分割リング・シール(137)要素をさらに含み、前記分割リング・シール(137)要素は、シールがシーリング表面の直径に合致できるようにする分割部または切断部を円周に含む、請求項6に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記カートリッジ・シール(230)が、前記プラグ(215)の前記外側表面内のシール溝内に配設されるように構成され、前記柔軟性のあるシール・リングの前記第2の前方シーリング面(260)が、前記ケージの前記壁に向かって曲がるようになされている、請求項1に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記ケージの前記壁に向かって配設される前記第1の下側保持リングの一部分内の凹部内に配設される分割リング・シール要素(237)をさらに含み、前記分割リング・シール(137)要素は、シールがシーリング表面の直径に合致できるようにする分割部または切断部を円周に含む、請求項8に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記裏面(156;256)が、前記第1の前方シーリング面(150;250)の反対側に配設され、前記第1の前方シーリング面に対して軸方向にオフセットし、
前記上面(154;254)が、前記上面(154;254)と前記裏面(156;256)の間の内角(C)が110度より大きくなるように、前記裏面から前記第1の前方シーリング面に向かって延びる、請求項1に記載のシール・カートリッジ。 - 前記第2のシーリング面(160;260)が、前記第1と第2のシーリング面の間の内角(F)が140度より大きくなるように、前記第1のシーリング面(150;250)から前記下面(158;258)に延び、前記下面(158;258)が前記第2のシーリング面(160;260)から前記裏面(156;256)に向かって延びる、請求項10に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記シーリング・リング(131;231)の内側表面が前記第1のシーリング面を備える、請求項10に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記シーリング・リング(131;231)の外側表面が前記第1のシーリング面を備える、請求項10に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
- 前記柔軟性のあるシール・リング(131;231)が一体リングを備える、請求項10に記載のシール・カートリッジ。
