Claims (16)
- 容器(10)内の圧力によって液体空間が膨張することで重合体脱揮を行うことを目的とする重合体類を含む液体(7)の静的脱揮装置(1)であって、当該重合体から揮発成分類の分離を目的で廃液領域の底に位置する脱揮処理された重合体用の排出ポンプ(3)を備え、当該揮発性成分から構成されるガス類(8)用の抜き取りライン(4)が接続され、少なくとも1つの相分離室(2)が当該容器の上方領域(11,12)に配置されており、この室には処理する液体の入口(20)、重合体排出領域の下方開口部(210)及びガス排出領域の単一又は複数の上方開口部(220)が含まれている、静的脱揮装置。
- 当該入口(20)は当該容器(10)の内側または外側に配置され;この入口は少なくともある程度熱交換器(6)として作成することができ;そして静的混合器要素の設備または熱伝導リブ類は、処理する液体(7)への熱伝達をするこの型の熱交換器内の入口に効果的に配置されていることが特徴である、請求項1記載の脱揮装置。
- 当該重合体排出領域の開口部群(210)およびガス排出領域の開口部群(220)は各々異なる大きさまたは同じ大きさで、少なくとも1つの穿孔板(23,24)の孔群であることができ、当該開口部群(210または220)は異なる形状を有することができることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の脱揮装置。
- 当該開口部群(210または220)は、種々の密集度で重合体排出領域またはガス排出領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の脱揮装置。
- リブ様の偏向用要素(211;212)は、それにより排出する重合体を当該重合体排出領域から逸らすことができるように当該重合体排出領域に付けられ;少なくとも1つの開口部(210’)は当該室がそれにより空になることができるように相分離室(2)の最底部位置に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の脱揮装置。
- 当該上方開口部群(220)の全断面積が下方開口部群(210)の全断面積と比べて相当小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の脱揮装置。
- 当該上方開口部群(220)の全断面積が、下方開口部群(210)の全断面積の少なくとも合計5%になることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の脱揮装置。
- 脱揮を低圧で行うとき、当該最底部開口部(210)における最高圧差は最大で100mbarであり、脱揮を高脱揮圧で行うとき、当該最底部開口部(210)における最高圧差は最大で500mbarである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の脱揮装置。
- 当該相分離室(2)において泡立ちによる揮発成分類の放出で脱揮を行うこと;およびガスに富む画分と低ガス画分をこの工程で作り、それらを当該ガス排出領域または当該重合体排出領域を通して室から排出することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の静的脱揮装置による重合体含有の高粘度液体の処理方法。
- 当該相分離室(2)において処理される液体の平均滞留時間が少なくとも1分である、請求項9記載の方法。
- 液体の平均滞留時間が少なくとも2分である、請求項10記載の方法。
- 当該相分離室(2)におけるより低圧での脱揮において、処理をする液体は最底部開口部(210)の上部にて当該容器(10)の内部圧より最大限100ミリバール高い圧力を生じ、;当該下方開口部(210)は最大圧力差にて当該低ガス画分が個々の開口部を通って最大15kg/時間で放出されるような大きさに作られているのが特徴である、請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 当該相分離室(2)へ入れる前の処理される液体(7)にストリッピング剤を混合することを特徴とする、請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ストリッピング剤を静的攪拌機にて混合することを特徴とする、請求項13記載の方法。
- 処理する液体(7)は当該相分離室(2)に入れる前に熱交換機(6)を流通させて加熱処理をすることを特徴とする、請求項9から14にいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 比較的高い圧のところから当該相分離室の内部圧へ弁(9)、ダイヤフラムまたは静的攪拌機にて当該処理する液体を当該相分離室(2)に入れる前に、この膨張用に当該相分離室の入口(20)に効果的に組み込んだ装置で当該処理する液体を膨張させることを特徴とする、請求項9から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
