Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る充電システムとその周辺の概略構成を示す図である。同図において、充電システム401は集合住宅に設置し、電力会社402から供給される電力と集合住宅の屋上等に設置した太陽光発電装置403で発電される電力を利用して電動車両を充電する。
図6は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る充電システムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。なお、同図において前述した図2の充電システムと共通する部分には同一の符号を付けてその説明を省略する。また、本実施の形態においても駐車空間に駐車する車両を個人で所有する第1の車両グループと、複数人で共有する第2の車両グループとに分けるようにしている。
図10は、本発明の実施の形態3に係る充電システムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。なお、同図において前述した図2の充電システムと共通する部分には同一の符号を付けてその説明を省略する。また、本実施の形態においても駐車空間に駐車する車両を個人で所有する第1の車両グループと、複数人で共有する第2の車両グループとに分けるようにしている。
図14は、本発明の実施の形態4に係る充電システムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。なお、同図において前述した図2の充電システムと共通する部分には同一の符号を付けてその説明を省略する。また、本実施の形態においても駐車空間に駐車する車両を個人で所有する第1の車両グループと、複数人で共有する第2の車両グループとに分けるようにしている。
図18は、本発明の実施の形態5に係る充電システムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。なお、同図において前述した図2の充電システムと共通する部分には同一の符号を付けてその説明を省略する。また、本実施の形態においても駐車空間に駐車する車両を個人で所有する第1の車両グループと、複数人で共有する第2の車両グループとに分けるようにしている。

Claims (10)
- 駐車空間に駐車する車両が個人で所有する第1の車両グループと複数人で共有する第2の車両グループとに分けられていて、
前記第1の車両グループの駐車台数又は駐車率を検知する駐車台数検知手段と、
前記第1の車両グループと前記第2の車両グループのうちの電動車両を充電するための充電制御装置と、を備え、
前記充電制御装置は、前記駐車台数検知手段で検知された駐車台数又は駐車率に応じて前記第1の車両グループと前記第2の車両グループのどちらから優先して充電するかの優先順位を決定する優先順位決定手段と、
前記優先順位決定手段で決定された優先順位に従って前記電動車両を充電する充電電力供給手段と、
を備えた充電システム。 - 前記優先順位決定手段は、前記駐車台数検知手段で検知された前記第1の車両グループの駐車台数又は駐車率が所定値以上のときは前記第1の車両グループの電動車両から優先して充電し、前記駐車台数又は駐車率が所定値未満のときは前記第2の車両グループの電動車両から優先して充電する請求項1に記載の充電システム。
- 前記第1の車両グループの電動車両毎に所有者の住居の在宅状態を検知する在宅検知手段を更に備え、
前記優先順位決定手段は、所有者が在宅の電動車両を所有者が不在の電動車両よりも優先して充電する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の充電システム。 - 前記在宅検知手段の検知結果と前記所有者の電動車両が備える車両情報とを対応づけて記憶する記憶手段を更に備え、
前記優先順位決定手段は、前記第1の車両グループを充電するときは、充電する電動車両から取得した車両情報を前記記憶手段に記憶された車両情報と照合し、対応する車両情報がある場合に、該車両情報に対応付けられた前記在宅検知手段の検知結果を取得し、所有者が在宅の電動車両を所有者が不在の電動車両よりも優先して充電する請求項3に記載の充電システム。 - 前記充電制御装置は、前記第1の電動車両グループの電動車両の所有者へ報知する報知手段を備え、
前記優先順位決定手段は、前記第2の車両グループの電動車両が前記第1の車両グループに優先して充電されているときは、前記報知手段を用いて前記第2の車両グループの使用可能を報知する請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の充電システム。 - 駐車空間に駐車する車両が個人で所有する第1の車両グループと複数人で共有する第2の車両グループとに分けられていて、
前記第1の車両グループの駐車台数又は駐車率を検知する駐車台数検知手段と、
前記第1の車両グループと前記第2の車両グループのうちの電動車両を充電するための充電制御装置と、を備えた充電システムの制御方法において、
前記駐車台数検知手段で検知された駐車台数又は駐車率に応じて前記第1の車両グループと前記第2の車両グループのどちらから優先して充電するかの優先順位を決定する優先順位決定ステップと、前記優先順位決定ステップで決定された優先順位に従って電動車両を充電する充電電力供給ステップと、
を備えた充電システムの制御方法。 - さらに、
前記第1の車両グループ、および/又は、前記第2の車両グループの電動車両に充電した電力の電気料金を前記電動車両の使用者に課金する電気料金課金ステップを備えた請求項6に記載の充電システムの制御方法。 - さらに、
前記第1の車両グループの電動車両の充電予約を受け付ける第1の予約受信ステップを備えた請求項6又は請求項7に記載の充電システムの制御方法。 - さらに、
前記第2の車両グループの電動車両の充電予約、および/又は、使用予約を受け付ける第2の予約受信ステップを備えた請求項6乃至請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の充電システムの制御方法。 - 請求項6乃至請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の充電システムの制御方法をコンピュータに実行させるプログラム。
