Description
さらに、上記構成によれば、フライアッシュ及び石膏から未燃カーボンを除去する除去手段を共用するため、設備コスト及び運転コストの増大を防止することが可能になり、また、石膏に含まれる未燃カーボンを除去するのと同時に、フライアッシュに含まれる未燃カーボンを除去することで、除去処理に要する時間を短縮し、運転コストをさらに低下させることが可能になる。

Claims (4)
- 石膏に含まれる未燃カーボンを除去するのと同時に、フライアッシュに含まれる未燃カーボンを除去する除去手段と、
該除去手段によって未燃カーボンが除去されたフライアッシュを、未燃カーボンが除去された石膏及びクリンカとともに粉砕してセメントを生成する粉砕手段とを備えることを特徴とするセメント製造装置。 - 前記粉砕手段で生成されるセメントの未燃カーボン含有量を測定する測定手段と、
該測定手段による測定値に基づいて前記フライアッシュの前記セメントへの混合量を算出する算出手段とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメント製造装置。 - 石膏に含まれる未燃カーボンを除去するのと同時に、フライアッシュに含まれる未燃カーボンを除去し、
未燃カーボンを除去したフライアッシュを、未燃カーボンを除去した石膏及びクリンカとともに粉砕してセメントを生成することを特徴とするセメント製造方法。 - 前記セメントの未燃カーボン含有量を測定し、該測定値に基づいて前記フライアッシュの前記セメントへの混合量を算出することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセメント製造方法。
