Claims (5)
- 燃料タンクから燃料を吸い上げる低圧燃料ポンプと、
前記低圧燃料ポンプから吐出された燃料を加圧する高圧燃料ポンプと、
前記高圧燃料ポンプに加圧された燃料を蓄える蓄圧室と、
前記蓄圧室に蓄えられた燃料を内燃機関の筒内に直接噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
前記蓄圧室内の燃圧の上限値を制限するリリーフバルブと、
前記蓄圧室内の燃圧を検出する高圧燃圧センサと、
機関運転状態に応じた目標燃料噴射圧を設定し、前記高圧燃圧センサの検出値と前記目標燃料噴射圧に基づいて前記蓄圧室の燃圧が前記目標燃料噴射圧となるように前記高圧燃料ポンプを制御する燃圧制御手段と、
を備える内燃機関の燃料供給装置において、
前記燃圧制御手段は、前記高圧燃圧センサがはずれ値を検出した時間が予め設定した閾値を超えた場合に前記高圧燃圧センサに異常ありと判定し、前記高圧燃圧センサに異常ありと判定した場合には、前記高圧燃料ポンプを最大吐出量での作動状態または高圧燃料ポンプを非作動状態にし、異常ありと判定したときの目標燃料噴射圧を前記高圧燃圧センサの検出値とみなして、前記高圧燃圧センサの検出値とみなした値に基づいて前記燃料噴射弁の燃料噴射パルス幅を設定することを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料供給装置。 - 前記燃圧制御手段は、前記高圧燃料ポンプを最大吐出量での作動状態にする場合には、前記高圧燃料ポンプを最大吐出量での作動状態にした後に、前記高圧燃圧センサの検出値とみなした値を連続的に増大させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記燃圧制御手段は、前記高圧燃圧センサの検出値とみなした値の増大速度を機関回転速度が高いほど速く、機関回転速度が低いほど低くすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記燃圧制御手段は、前記高圧燃料ポンプを非作動状態にする場合には、前記高圧燃料ポンプを非作動状態とした後、前記高圧燃圧センサの検出値とみなした値を連続的に減少させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記燃圧制御手段は、前記目標燃料噴射圧の減少速度を燃料噴射量が多いほど速く、燃料噴射量が少ないほど遅くすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
