Claims (19)
- 一部分が血管の穿刺部を通過して延びるような寸法および構成とされた細長いカテーテルと、
前記細長いカテーテルの外周に配置され、前記カテーテル上を遠位方向に移動可能であり、遠位部、及び止血材料を含んでいる近位部を有している閉鎖部材と、
前記閉鎖部材と係合し、前記閉鎖部材を前記カテーテル上で遠位方向へと押すように力を加えるように構成された押し部材と、を備えており、
前記遠位部は、開口表面を有する環状の内側開口を有し、かつ、前記閉鎖部材が前記細長いカテーテル上を遠位方向へ動かされるときに前記近位部の止血材料の一部が前記遠位部の前記開口表面と前記カテーテルの外表面との間を遠位方向へと移動できないよう、前記開口表面が前記細長いカテーテルの外表面に係合し、前記遠位部の前記開口表面と前記細長いカテーテルの外表面との間に封止を確立するような寸法および構成とされた内径を有するとともに、血管の穿刺部の直径よりも大きな外径を有しており、

- 前記遠位部は、前記カテーテルの周囲にはまるように構成された開口を有しており、
前記開口は、前記カテーテルが取り除かれたときに当該開口を閉じるように構成された軟性のフラップを有している、請求項1に記載の血管創の閉鎖装置。 - 前記チャンバの内壁は、おおむね先細りであり、前記遠位部は、前記チャンバの遠位端において前記チャンバの直径より大きい直径を有し、前記遠位部の外縁は、前記チャンバの遠位端に近い位置において前記チャンバの内壁に係合する、請求項13に記載の血管創の閉鎖装置。
- 前記チューブ部材は前記遠位部より軟性であり、前記遠位部が前記チャンバに対して遠位方向へ動くときに、前記遠位部が前記チューブ部材を径方向外側へ曲げるように押す、請求項15に記載の血管創の閉鎖装置。
- 前記押し部材が前記遠位部を遠位方向へと押すときに、前記遠位部が前記チューブ部材を押し広げる、請求項15に記載の血管創の閉鎖装置。
- 前記チューブ部材は、別個に形成されている、請求項17に記載の血管創の閉鎖装置。
- 前記チューブ部材の周囲に配置された軟性のリングをさらに備えており、
前記軟性のリングは、前記チューブ部材を押し広げるための十分な力が前記閉鎖部材の前記遠位部によって生成されるまで、前記チューブ部材を一体に保持するように構成されている、請求項17に記載の血管創の閉鎖装置。
